yah, 2nd time when i was there, the nurse showed me to a room to nurse in pte. But i'm ok lah. It's my hb who's more kan cheong. Anyway, i already made all the preps by wear a cardigan which can cover everything.

I also very paisay one, but just have to keep telling yourself that its part of the daily work for the midwives/nurses... they have seen enough already.

I went to suntec happy kidz too last friday but can't find good ones from the shops. Thanks! Will be great if you can burn a copy for me!

ohh! in that case for my last check up, baby engage but maybe head still high. but she did scan his head around my pubic area leh? for me, zachary been head down since like week 24 le, so she never say to us about baby head down but no signs of labour. just say everything looks fine besides the bb head, body, feet position ect. i wonder if i can request for his feet + placenta as his cushion for the next picture mah?
luckily that cat dont like toy! they dont even play their mouse toy. but they like to play with real lizard.

Just now i saw on tv about this shobha sugaring gel. damn good! a very hairy man demostrate it on his chest in a tv program and wow... really one pull all hair off and his skin is very red (got bleeding also)! wonder if singapore got sell this or not, looks like better than bodyshop's sugaring wax.

hello everyone, back from gynae's chk-up bb is 3.1kg @ 38wks then my gynae asked me to TMC for CTG monitoring...went to TMC after appt & get the CTG done. if by nxt wk nv pop nit to go again @ 39wks.

reira, i thk is my gynae's practice to chk bb heartbeat & to see if i got any contraction bah...so far finished the ctg test nurse didn't say anything.
gynae nv said when i will pop leh..jz asked i got any pre-labour signs or not..i said nothing

Cos i had pre-mature ruptured of waterbag during my prev preg, so she is always looking out for signs of early labour or leaking of amniotic fluid. That's why she always tell my hubby everything's ok, whether i'm going to deliver soon or not etc
For waxing, yah, i always use those type that comes with the wipes. I think it's from Veet. 1 thing is that, the strips always dun quite work towards the end cos i'll be perspiring already, and the wax won't stick.
Aiyoh .. the sugaring gel sounds horrible leh .. bleeding somemore. But i saw from the news sometime back that there is a new sugaring wax which is supposedly to be painless, but works very well. I'm quite skeptical cos pulling the hair out cannot be not painful de mah ... but the news show the man doing on his hairy chest and he was all praise for it. Wonder if s'pore has it or not.

What a day!
had 5 mins apart contraction and pain early this morning at 5 plus and monitor the contraction and pain for 3 hours to make sure it's real contraction before I make my way to the hospital also there's more bleeding than yesteday... After 3 hours decided to go to hospital, and when arrived wat put on CTG to monitor, there were indeed close contractions and pain. Nurse did VE but again 0 dilation, so nurse called Gynae and he says since there's pain he ask for me to be admitted. So nurse did the shaving etc to prepare me in case I go into labour and then after another 3 hours, the contractions went flat!! I was soooo tired and waited for another 2 hours and finally gynae came, he ask me if I want to stay or go home...I choose to go home...this is the 2nd false alarm and i'm sooooo tired already, wanted to ask gynae to induce liaos...
think the next time round i'll only go in when my water bag burst..else it's another round of wild goose chase again..hai!

255pm.. still totally numbed..but bb's head lower... gynae decided to go ahead
310pm - bb came out after 4x pushes.. the 4x is using vacumm suction to help..
bb's weight is 3.185kg.. came as a surprise to me

Pinkmama, baby do not have to be engaged to feel the pelvic pain. Mine was not engaged but sitting low (hence d tummy looks low) n i was having the pain as well.

Hi Sharon, congrats on ur smooth and fast delivery… AS for fitti, that is the brand of diapers I use when I was young, cant imagine my bb using this same brand..

DolceVita, I am getting excited for u.. gonna deliver soon… rem to update us yah… As for the pain down there, I have experience it few times so far and I wonder if it gonna get more intensive over the next 2 wks. I am seeing Dr Phua this sat and hope he can update me on my status, particularly my bbu mentioned abt the pain and u carrying low, gonna give birth soon, when u starting ur ML? I am still heading to work daily and I hope I don’t get any of such pain when I am out at site.. fingers cross… . (btw, I have not received any TMC letter on hospitalization and Dr Phua cant explain why too.)
Regg, I also experience heart burn more frequent lately.. getting quite bad each time after meal. Do u experience the same thing??

hahaha yah the shobha sugaring gel rocks! the man is so brave lor... he really put a lot of the gel then just pull! omg lol if it was me, i think i will trim shorter first. less painful. not to mention the gel is like amazing, cos usually if got lots of hair there, even if pull sure some hair will be left on the skin!!

yes i told my gynae wayyyyyyyyy before that i wanna epidural.. and since my labor was not really progressing hor... i ask the nurse whether they can do the VE after the epidural effects kick in.. i had more than 1 bag of epidural lor.. the epidural was on-going but at some points, can feel the contraction pains..so then the nurse purge.. (give extrra).. for instant relief

That is what I think also.. cos can just pump and put and when hungry just eat. Haha..
But yesterday night didn’t really sleep well cos a bit aching. The feeling like want to come period like that.

Than she tot small.. cos my hubby when come out big..
I told her too heavy not good.. difficult to come out naturally. I also don want a c section.
I said doc said when I due abt 3kg – gam gam ho.. than she nothing to say liao le..
I said as long as doc said nothing wrong than okie la.. don care haha…

than this morning..felt my tummy like how come so heavy and walking cannot be too fast liao le....maybe bb head suddenly engage overnight? cos he has been kicking non stop from 3-5.30am wor..
if tonight aching again..maybe tml don go work..go see doc.. checkup. haha..

sbb, although my breast not big kind but each time its engorged, it will leak. Drink hot water will leak and bathe with hot water will leak too. It will leak when its time to pump.
I don't think its true that pumping is easier. Coz pumping means you need to sterilise and wash. But if you latch, there is not washing and sterilising. So if you have help at home, you can pump or else I think latching would be easier.
