but hor hard to say leh u see Pris her last checkup her gynae also say baby still high up but she is alr in hosp now.. my friend walk anot but dun help wor:p

dunno y since after lunch i been feelin menses cramp like of cramp wonder if tt how contraction shd be?

my gynae say its both...cos my bb is big, head down but still high so she wants me to walk more so dat bb head will go down....esp now im on leave, everyday at home...need more exercise
my frends who walk alot all haf short labour

I am in the same situation as you now. Baby engaged but not low enough for her to feel the baby's head when she did the VE for me. And, I also have not dilated at all as of the checkup last week.

Dr Wong ask me if I want to exercise. I look at her and say I don't think I can exercise.
 
bean: maybe u dont rotate.. just press press and apply pressure to massage.. cos u dont know if its bones or ligaments hurting cos water retention and compress these areas or becos of hormones, thats why pain...

reira: so fast engage liao ah! so does ur dr still say u need c sec?

Celine, an easier way would be to look for the facebook group that we are on, then join that group. Then u can click on individual members and click to add us as friend...

another way is add us individually, but more tedious.

Piggytoh, for me the contraction is like tummyache kind and it keeps coming and then go.
I think menstrual cramp kind of feeling could be dilating.
If the mentrual cramp is bad then better call your gynae to ask.

BabyS, when you lie down and get up, your below feels very pain.

tink really can fill up the columns quite fast!

my frend juz gave birth last week...induce at 37weeks, pure natural birth no epi...i salute her lor...bb was 3680g!
 
Sharon, hahaha...yah, she gives me a choice. Maybe its because mine is 2nd one so she knows I am looking after no.1 so no need to speed up the waiting.
Somehow she gives me the feeling that she is very afraid I come in to hosp late.

Piggytoh, now sure about you lah but I remember last round I told gynae I got mentrual cramp feeling and when she check, really dilated.

irene, exercise as in what kind? Does that help bb to come lower sooner?
 
Sharon, yah..I think 1st one not so fast. Can be overdue too.

Mich, I have no intention to exercise so I didn't even ask her what kind of exercise. Hahaha..maybe I will ask her this fri when I go see her.

when i get up... only my bladder feels uncomfy or pain, cos she pressing on it i think...

BabyS, oh..that one doesn't sound like the baby is engaged feeling.
I can feel my baby wriggling right below one...really very low there.

Kikilala, hahaha....I think that one not counted rite? But hor, its better than just lying down the whole day.

Yah I am walking so slowly when shopping, and then shop for 30 mins feel tired already ha ha

Sharon, if it is then just go shopping lah. Its better than any other exercise!!!
If I didn't kan chiong faster admit whenn got the slightest contraction last round, I think my no.1 should be overdued ah.

Mich, sometimes when baby wriggle right below, I really think she is coming out!
 
Just saw an update from mashy's hb. Baby Hayley was born at 5.29pm today 3.32kg

Now when my baby move i can feel sharp pain ard the public hair area wor i got it previously as well but dis time rd it longer wor...
