i won't be washing my hair at least in the hospital. Won't be bathing there too coz scared lost too much blood then get giddy in the bathroom. So i'll be 3 days without a bath and hair wash. Just going to wipe body. After that then will prob wash alternate days.

<font color="0000ff">mashy</font>, haahaa, my bb has not lower alot yet but he is facing the rear already. So Dr Wong said I might even hit week 38 if I am not in a hurry to pop haahaa but of course, if regular contraction appear go to hospital haahaa.

I am also cleaning up in hospital, not really showering too haahaa. Anyway, I am so happy tomorrow, my bro is driving me to eat crabs haahaa.

Avoid washing hair.
This will affect the detoxification of womb. If you scalp is cold, the lochia (blood discharge) in the womb will clog and would be difficult to be expelled, leading to hormonal imbalance and other sickness. If really nexessary, just apply some rice wine (with alcohol remopved) on cotton to clean the scalp.

<font color="0000ff">piggy</font>, dun have to be in a hurry to push when you have epidural, wait for gynae to tell you when to push coz they will see the machine for contraction and tell you so just follow. Dun have to push on your own. Think your friends did not follow the gynae or midwife's instruction. Just relax and follow can liao.

omg faint. i think i will go crazy if i cant wash my hair daily or on alt day! should be ok if i use hair dryer to dry my hair immediately bah. if not my scalp will be so oily. having headache already imagining that i cant wash my hair!

It is nice to be pamper at my own mum's place by mum, bro and even aunts and uncle haahaa. I told dh, I only get this type of treatment at my side and not his side haahaa.
