re: pull up pants
Tried drypers pull up pants on bb Jo when he is 8mths but lesson learnt! only wear for him at nite when he sleeps or after he already poo poo for that day. If not, it would be a messy things to clean his piku if he poo poo!

bb Jo is also very chor lor, he likes to throw his toys/ball/water bottle out from his playpen & look at it (he can throw very far indeed)..he also likes to bang things with his hand or any toys he is holding and bang on the door..maybe they r creating their own music/sounds & find it interesting!

this morning found that bb Jo has a blocked nose..think his flu/running nose is coming back..haiz..

talking about eczema, zac recently got it on his face. Brought him to see a doc yesterday and was given cream to apply.. also told to use moisturizer so that the skin will not be too dry.. and use clean damp face towel to wipe his face regularly.
Hope he can recover before CNY also..
 
Mummies who had epidural, are u getting any side effects? I am suffering from it badly. I had 3 back pain attacks over 10mths. The pain is like contraction pain, making me breathless and break into cold sweat. Each time lasted for 1 hour. I am so pertified to have to take epidural again for my next baby...but I don't think I can take the labour pain and may end up have to succumb to epidural. Sign....

i am trying to mince / chop meat and vege but not puree them and add them to porridge for Bree..

scrumpee - it may not be related to epidural wor... i didnt take epi but i also get horrible back pains... and sharp pains that leave me "paralyzed" for awhile... its not like the back breaking its just the sudden extreme sharp pain... i believe its because of looking after the baby... bending over a lot... but if it continues, best to seek specialist ya... for me its occupational hazard frm last time but i nvr checked it out.. heh heh heh... =x but best for you to seek some professional advice since you are pregs again and it may affect you when u get bigger n bigger... and possibly the delivery of your 2nd child...
 
throwing toys - i think they find it amusing when they throw the toys overboard and we pick them up for them... its like a Joke! Kirs will laugh sometimes -_-" so sometimes i dont give it back to her... too bad.. hahaha! plus she likes to throw her pacifier overboard... grrr... without paci cannot for now... sigh...

In the day, I will use mamy poko pull up which i think is $13.90 for 38 pieces. And at night I will use either huggies or mamypoko Pants Extra Soft cos can hold more urine. I start using when she is around 7 or 8 mths, ha ha cos it is v diff to change normal diapers on her!! she will scream n crawl away so i got no choice but change to pull up haha!!!

srumpee, i had spinal block for my csection, so far not much backache though, as long as i dun bend down too much.

I also looking for chopper! Every wk i chop my bb vegetable until i v sian cos normally i will chop for the whole wk consumption. any good suggestion?
 
hi blurjen, u prepare the vege for 1week consumption and store in fridge? normally i will chop/prepare the vege for tat day consumption only..more fresh ba..

i bought the chopper from ntuc but i dunno wat is the name, very cheap 1, round round type then got a handle on top centre wher u can turn to chop the vege or u can use both hands to hold the things and twist and turn to chop..hehe..soli for my bad explanation..

is it easy to wash?
 
Piggsg... some of the places with playground : tanglin tree - outdoor playground, grassroots club - indoor playground, gogobambini - indooor playground, e!hub @ downtown east - indoor playground and lots of others.

Misscandy... use a leash on pacifier?
 
missycandy, ha ha nic bb also like to throw her pacifier until i feel like stop giving her but she cant sleep without it. hai.... if one day need kick the habit i think need to cold turkey for a few days.

headache finding chopper that is good enough for meat also cos we chop small quantity...

thinking of big food processor but take up a lot of space.. my kitchen top space is pathetically small

According to PD, is very common nowadays that bb got ezcema & as they grow older it may gone or forever with them. I hope not. Now, I keep apply cetaphil intensive moisturer for him 4 - 5 times a day. every alternate day trim his nails.

Also partly b'cos of the weather.

Irene, my boi oso hv abit on the face. u can try mix some pearl powder with little water to apply on Zac's face. It works on Ryker's face but not the joints.

Misscandy, can you tell me what is the cream name?

its green n white box. A-Derma (Avoine Rhealba) French product. for atopic skin. Exomega Emoillient cream. eh i look for web. lolx easier.
 
agree with ezcema being common... sigh... even no family history, babies nwadays cn also get it... 1 in 5 kids get it...

yes, it is easy to eash..but think u cant chop all the vege at one time since the amt is so much..the chopper is small one..mayb i try to take the pic for u to see tonite..but dunno still can find it at ntuc o not..

Missy, did u see doctor ? Last month my mum got food poisoning, during her recovering stage, my sis, my bb & myself also got it. According to doctor, it can be spread by airbone. Becareful ur bb.
