its in my hp for 4yrs! cos i tell myself #2 must oso do the same.
wanted the same no. of day as #1, but too bad the guy not free.

Seabreeze has offered her condo function room(bishan loft). anyone else ? for me of cos bishan is really gd location becos north. lol. but to be fair, maybe we see where else we can get then we vote for the location? =) preferably 1 or 2 more locations. from there we see how. meanwhile, if anyone has room to offer do let me knw. We need at least space for 30mummies & babies... hubbies wld be welcome as well... we will cater food.
Attendance:
i have noted down those who have expressed interest in attending. will probably start a list here soon so ppl cn jus add on.
Programme:
I'm looking into inviting someone from Nestle to share on starting on solids for our babies.
Date:
Probably will have it in August as some of the babies here are born in Feb =P . dates wld be probably 15th or 22nd of August. I will fix a date so we have less to vote on. =P hahaha!

hey girls, my dog is so cute today...i was in e toilet n elixir was in e yaolan n nobody was attending to him cos i tot he was asleep but he suddenly woke up n was cranky...then my dog went to the kitchen n started to bark softly to get my attn then run to my room door, then only i knew wats gg on..so cute right...

tink u kinda misinterpreted my idea of submission...on e contrary we shld b financially n emotionally fulfilled while submitting to our hbs...to put it in a clearer manner...our decisions that affect family relationships shld b discussed together...if our opinions vary, our natural inclination is to go w our own wishes...sometimes as wives, we need to agree on stuff in e viewpt of e hb...if e wife trusts e hb's leadership, itz easier to submit...some base on prior experience while others naturally submit due to their temperament...hence, submission is harder to master than fight-it-out...

i saw e link by e Learning Kid, but i find it a bit too intellectual n cheeemmm for bb or infants...i still prefer BB Einstein or those Made in Malaysia version of flashcards (not sure abt e relevance thou)...I suckers for bright visuals n simple clear language...jus my opinion...

It shld b in Aug-Sep ya...mayb shld wait n see e situation 1st b4 organising...esp when e news said tat there is an increasing proportion of flu victims getting it in Spore...Community spreading is on e rise...tink our hbs will b getting anxious over this ya...
oh...my boi is starting to suck his hands really loud...so amazing, they progress on their own without anyone telling them...everyday got new things to see...being a SAHM so shiok eh...can see little miracles unfolding in ur child daily...keke...a pity i cant leh...jus curious, those who hav gone back to work, how do u get help frm ur caregivers to capture those 1st to ... moments? Video? Camera? Share share ideas...feel like training my mom to use camera in my absence...crazy rite?!

ya baby einstein have cards , dvds, vcds and even books. same goes for your baby can read.. think utltimately they wan us to buy everything as a package? i hope not, im juz planning to spend a lil on the dvds rather then the whole set. i dont think i will have the discipline to stick closely to the routine.
BPs selling alot educations stuffs but i seriously dont know how good are those. bb einstein n your baby can read is more popular to me. oh ya another brand is Brainy Baby.

wow ur dog is very good leh. so clever. my old maltese hor, will only walk over to bio (see) tristan when he's wailing away and walk away again. haha but 1 thing i find him quite clever is he will walk towards to house phone when its ringing, know how to get people to give him food n water on his bowls by dragging his bowls n bark till we serve him.

ok im super tired liao. 1 good news to share. ytd tristan slp thru out from 10plus pm till 8am for milk mik. i even woke up with slight engorement on both breasts. so happy. even after latched him on 1 side of breast i managed to pump out 225ml of milk. haha. SONG. so happy as is the very 1st time. POP CHAMPANGE!

tuskywoolie, good idea for staycation. We won 1 free night at Hyatt so may as well claim it. and goooood point about 'submission'. I was discussing this wth friends the other day. Like most Singaporean women, I am the kind who just says it straight out. Sometimes my 'bark' is worse than my 'bite'. DH used to live overseas and the women there have mastered the art of sweet talking, appearing submissive on the outside but actually controlling everything! How to compete right??
and I take video of every development for his family in France so it's a good idea to train your mum.

hand and foot imprints - I budget budget so bought the pink ink pad for $25 and just imprint on a piece of nice paper to stick into my baby journal. It's looks quite nice. If anyone wants to borrow it please feel free to do so.
time with DH: here's a task for everyone... try and get a baby sitter this weekend and go for a date with DH. Watch a movie, cook steak with red wine, walk walk in the park, anything you used to do before baby came along. And share it here so we can get more ideas

oh so cool! I just realised tonight's dinner is a curry buffet at Raffles Hotel Tiffin Room. Never been there before but is def different from normal.
