Re: bumbo/bebepod
seriously, I think that it is really not worth payng $60 for a brand new bumbo/bebepod as baby will outgrow it really fast. I already have the testimonials from two friends with slightly older babies that both their babies only managed to use the seat for a month at most before their thunder thighs made it uncomfortable for them. Thus, lucky me borrowed one for Gracie. Even then, I have only used it less than a handful of times as she is not too fond of the seat.
Also, once babies' backs are strong, chances are that they will start to twist and turn their body so much that they can hardly sit still. Perhaps this is where the bebepod has a slight edge given that it comes with a toy. (psssssst misscandy, kirsten sure looked good in her bebepod and oh man, is she strong!).
As for the reports etc I'm too lazy to read through them heeee but I think that it should be ok if your purpose of having one is just to buy you ten mins to finish up some tasks or for flash card purpose. I mean, doubt anyone seriously expects baby to sit still in that bumbo for 30mins in a stretch right?
Likewise for the jumperoo. Yah I don't let her sit in it for more than 20min. Just by plain common sense really. An over-stimulated baby is not a fun one to hang out with
Asura,
ohh wow that must be really new. Because the last time I checked out kiddy toys which was like 2-3 weeks ago I have not seen any Laugh and learn jumperoo on display. It looks so fun! I'm sure baby will love it!
Re: Tinkat service
Received a pamphlet from Neo Garden which gives a 10% discount for min 2 mths pre-paid order. Have decided to give them a call to arrange for a 4day/week 2 person tinket dinner for 2 months. 4 dishes without rice at $162 every 4 weeks after discount. $171 after discount if it's 5day/week. Yipeeeeeeee saves me the stress of cooking with baby howling away in the background
ida,
opps. Probably from your business thread whereby you mentioned in advance you would be away for a short holiday. didn;t know about your great grandma's illness
hope she is ok now. Just a thought, you might want to return the item if it is giving you so much stress even with instalment arrangements. I know that you really really want this, but babe, there will always be good deals around. Seriously. That's what I always remind my hubby too.
While you've used the stuff extensively for quite some months now, I imagine that as long as they are all kept in a good condition she won't mind taking them back? I could be wrong but at least, give it a shot. Surely it beats giving yourself additional stress of post-poning payment time and again. Can't be a good feeling, that.
Hope things work out better for you ok?
