carriers...bm...toys...lessons for bbs etc...
itz common for momz to compare but @ e end of e day, i guess itz dad n mom tat bb really wanz...lez not b confused over giving them e best based on wat we can afford...for me, im a firm believer of buying stuff minimally...fine w brandless stuff...don like to b pressurized over wat my child has as compared w others...
still we do not live on one man's island, so bound to b affected as we see how other momz provide for their bbs...idaar, itz natural to feel inadequate but i believe deep down, ur bb n kids jus contented to hav u n dad dad ard...kids only desire material stuff when they face pressure frm their frienz or they equate material goods for love frm parents...

pups...u may seriously wan to consider asking someone to help u w no. 1...otherwise ur care for no. 2 will b compromised...worse still, u collapse after these endless care...U r e most impt person to them...for ur sanity n well-being, don take this all on ur own...u can always take care of them together when no. 2 older...tink abt it...
mei tai carrier...initially i find all these carriers a bit ex n yes, not sure if bb rejects...so only decide to hav one...pikkolo/beco out of range for me, while e cloth range not sure if strong enuf...so choose a mid range connecta...bought my bb out w e connecta, not bad but wonder e neck support area...there is a thin accessory strap, frm e instructions, itz meant to secure e buttock. Mayb for e connecta users, is it a muz to use this teeny weeny strap? I like it except tat connecta a bit difficult to put bb face e front...hmmm...i see if can improvise a bit lor...

A lot of complaints from me, but it is an outlet for release. I also believe that once we get a routine, things will not be that bad. That is based on my previous experience. Like for this week, it is cos hubby is away for work trip which is not often at all. He is back already this morning!

Yes. Have to be organised so that even if you are scurrying around the house like a chicken, your head will still be very much intact. I have reached a level where even when I walk from my kitchen to my bedroom, I plan to swing into the kids room to get ready their clothes on the bed so that my hubby can dressed them up while I enroute to my bedroom to get myself ready to go out. Haha. Don't even need to backtrack from my room out again to do these.

yap a original GD card is in the range of thousand =p i used to have them (but i got it from a BP many yrs back where they got it printed in bulk from Taiwan) but i find it v troublsome to use as the card is very very long so v hard to flash and i gave up aft a while heehee
so i am hoping with this version which is more handy i can start the flashcards again

bb shao han managed to zzz from 10pm to 6am this morning ... super shiok hahahaha and i was glad that he woke up at 6am and 8am for milk cos i was feeling so FULL ...

bb shao han's hair is dropping like crazy these days so am going to bring him to shave and make into a tai mao bi
and when my #1 heard that i am going to bring didi to shave botak here is the conversation
yc (my #1) : mummy, i dun wan didi to be botak, cut hair v pain one
me: no lar ... you oso cut hair before not painful right and didi say he wants to shave cos his hair is dropping

Koala, where did u buy the aloe vera? Can get frm retail shop in spore? My gal also have rashes at her neck.

Tis the reason women are natural multi-taskers? Now I teach myself to eat with my left hand whilst carrying her or breastfeeding her and surf net and watch tv, or cook whilst I sing/talk/entertain her, sleeping whilst breastfeeding.
As for organising my time, I do the laundry when she wakes and put her in the pram, take my shower when she sleeps around 5pm. Then in the wee hours of the morning, prepare my hubby's pack lunch after latching her, put her back to bed and pumping out BM. In the morning at 7am, latch her on, put her to bed, and prepare brekkie for my hubby. Phew. I do have some free time for myself but that surely goes out the window when #2 comes. I said BRAVO to all mums!!!

Just hope the pumping once-a-day works for you. But at any occasion if you ever feel engorged during the day, and bb's too full or still sleeping, just massage the affected area and pump out a bit to relief your breasts. Either that or get the bb up to help relief you. It's no wonder my bb is so heavy now at 6.5kg. She can gobble all day, never throws out milk but does pees/poops a lot.

Fitti - good lobang leh but haven tried before. If buy 6 and not suitable, wasted lor. Now using drypers, $11.50 for S size.
Now our bbs have passed the 1-2MO period, they are indeed much more fun

Oh, had a scare just now. Left bb to play on the sofa while I scanned thru the thread and suddenly saw her near the edge! Dunno how she move herself.Must be really watchful now.

Well we cant stop other ppl or any secular information being influence to our infants and as they grow up as a toddler, of cos trying our best of telling ppl nicely nt to be so inconsiderate and respecting our believes. My mum will be taking care of my gal after I am gng back to work and there are idols in her hm , and they be praying with the incense. I cant told my mum to stop all these otherwise will cause tension and disrespect to my parents and also cant bring them salvation to Christ cos I have been praying for their salvation for many yrs. So we have build peace & harmony to respect all religions and teaching our children as well, so I will explain to her why grandma are doing these rituals.
Well I will be singing children songs to them, play worships songs at hm loudly during pregnancy and even nw continuing. Gng to weekend service nursey and even christian childcare centres. Teaching my galthe 10 commandments in child interesting ways. Pray together as a family as often as we can, read them bible stories and teach them God's love to love other children and nt critise, gossip, complain & comments on other ppl, cos me & hubby have to set good example for her.
Children are as pure as a white paper, whatever what they see, hear and learn will be absorb in their mind esp in this secular world and it is uncontrollable. I can teach them godly values and be firm & explain them with patience and love why certain things are wrong & forbidden.
My church frens & pastors give me alot of good valuable advise of godly parenting as it is even more challenging

With regards to watery stools. Very normal if u are breastfeeding. My bb also had green stools when in SG but the problem was solved after I only latch her on one breast each feed. Now her stools are bright mango color. Heh.. U try.. very wasted to feed FM if u got enough BM.
