Ya..there is a list in health booklet. I mean the list for this thread. At least we know if our baby is within the size since our babies are born almost at the same mth mah. Cos in some other thread they did keep track on this.

RE: Exercise for JW mummies
Anyone interested to go jogging or gym together? I wanted to slim down asap leh. Was thinking of AMORE at JP or cheaper one at JW swimming complex.

flashcards - oooo i also bought frm lim... the black &amp; white infant cards, maths dots kit &amp; picture cards... nt sure if wan to get the chinese one leh.. currently im showing her the black &amp; white infant cards.. il show to her for 10seconds... read to her what is on the card.. like black horse... or black crab... white monkey... whatever is on the card la.. few times a day.... sometimes shes like not interested then il try again later.. but luckily most of the time she is fine... she will stare at it intently... n kick kick kick.. lol... i realise they are all frm msia... maybe shld ask my dad to buy n bring back.. cheaper.. =P

teddybear: I'm using Medela Swing, the single version of PIS, so I can massage while pumping.

I pump right side 5 mins get 120 ml, and left side 5-10 mins get 120 ml. As long as I get 240ml (=2 feeds) then I stop liao.

Hi everyone, i'm quite new to this forum thingy. anyway where did ur get the black &amp; white infant cards?
I printed and made a black and white mobile for my boy while i was still pregnant. He loves staring at them till now.
I got the 'Your baby can read' DVD set...it says can use it frm 3 mths but i dont think i'll start so early. anyone else using it?

by the way, is anyone keen to get the Connecta Solarweave carrier? Ive ask the lady but she says supplier says must hit 10 MOQ... currently only Daphne and myself are on the list.. LOL... anyone else want? there are 4 colours. all solid and plain of cos. =P Blackberry(darkblue), light pale blue, bright red, khaki. erm each one is $125. support belt comes separately at $25. can google for more info. =)

So frustrated today, nothing works!
My mobile keeps turning off on its own.
And the SMH e-mail notification is delayed. Am getting confused with what's happening in the whole thread.
And I lost one of the rubber parts on my pump.
Have had to manually express since last night. Bruising my boobs, fingers numb and milk squirting everywhere, including one massive spurt in my eye.

vernice: Probably some milk ducts are blocked. In my 1st few weeks, I had gone to KK ($140+ on a Sunday) and TMC ($40+) for the lactation consultants to help me unblock.

This is what my friend does to cultivate reading habit for her daughter.

I try to flash black, white &amp; red pictures for my boy and he does respond by looking hard at them but only can last like 3-5mins.

Try not to let Kirsten watch tv yet. Shouldn't let bb watch tv too soon as the images on tv are flash very fast and this actually hinders their attention span next time. Like when teacher teaches next time on white board, bb will find it too slow &amp; lose concentration.

Same for my boy, he likes to look at the ceiling fan &amp; lightings.

Glenn doman.. me bought eng n math flash cards n all the books when preg w #1.. super ks.. she used to love it lots but i stopped when preg w #2.. now she bo hiew me when i start flashing again.. must b consistent n persistent.. btw i hv e soft copy on the time table given by the gd pp.. not sure can share or not leh.. maybe we do it in hush hush way
