starflower: TMC parentcraft sells the shields at only around $15. BUt do call 6251 4090 n check stock availability. Other commercial shops like mothercare sell it for abt $31.50.
 
st...then leave it if bb not cranky; bbs digestive sys vary frm one to one...ur bb poos aplenty bet 5-6 days?

usually there is a higher freq of wind being passed out to hav motion...someone mentions tbf more diluted so nutrients readily absorbed into e body; less sia...unless ur bb has constipation...

if u worry mayb can give more water or a small slice of mashed papaya to aid bowel movt...

ssbb's gathering i presume e meeting place is near jumbo seafood...i plan to hang out ard 3pm then proceed to my momz place...do call my no. if i lose my way...will let ssbb noe shld if i cant come last min...

hoho - cn try to make urself using the bolster case. =P hahaha. taught by alfafa. hee.. that time i wanted to do one.. i unpicked the whole bleeding thing and asked hubby to ask MIL to help me sew the sides up... she nicely made it back into a bolster case and claim she wld do nursing covers for me. -_-" til nw i dont see any nursing cover frm her... bah! i was quite pissed with hubby becos i unpick and ironed it nice nice.. jus need to sew it together.. then it comes back as the original thing ... -_-" DUH
 
st - i tink prune juice does help.. but do take note that may end up with diarrhea.. i dunno.. heh heh heh... PD says babies may not poo up to 1week.. so dun be worried.. unless bb is squirming and really trying hard to poo til he/she cries.. if not jus leave it... they will do it when its time to come out. =)

<font color="ff0000">prosper</font> - I can understand what u mean. Even for me with avg MS also don't feel like going out for long cos the breast will get heavy, itchy and looks ugly. At least ur hb will let u stop, my hb just said try to continue till ML ends lor. But deep down inside, I know BM is still best n FOC. Now i don even pump at night liaoz...just let it leak. My last pump is 11pm and next pump is 8am after i settled Joel.

mummies on low supply...i believe my supply increase on the initial stage cos i ate fish everyday for all meals...maybe u can try. I ate mostly cod fish tho. now after confinement i stop eating and my MS stagnant at 120 - 150 ml per pump session.

<font color="ff0000">Lenny</font> - the glass milk bottles case, I also heard of it when i requested for empty glass bottles from the nurse. She told me the hospital was kena sue cos one mummy brought back a glass bottle which was cracked. So TMC do not give out empty glass bottles. The nurse gave me 2 more bottles unopen milk bottles instead.

Having ample milk supply is really a blessing. unlike those like me, we have to struggle to pump enough just for one feed. Do try to perservere as it's the best for your baby. As all the mommies suggest, there're a lot of ways to slowly reduce the milk supply. try pumping for shorter time and at longer interval. your supply will slowly adjust. Cheers to a "wei da" mummy!

haha ya lor. mon n wed is busy day for me and my family. haha. so my hb better don irritate me on these 2 days haha might explode one. with project work plus test means i might have to forsake my midnight rest to do liao. seh..

For Balboa sling, if you find the pocket is too deep you can actually place some towels or blanket underneath before putting bb in. For me, I used 2-3 of those cloth diaper. For Cradle style, i think bb's head should be slightly up - like in the manual

I always cradle/hold bb in my arms before slowly sliding her bum &amp; legs into the pocket. Then, I adjust her head slightly so she'll be looking out of the pocket. I also tried placing a small pillow to support her head today.

breast soft doesn't mean no milk.. cos after the foremilk and transition milk, the breast will be soft.. that's where the hind milk is.. hind milk will give bb the energy and fats to fatten bb up.

initially.. i thought breast soften liao means milk finish so i switch sides.. then end up brianne didn't really get any hind milk. now i feed only one side per session.

I am using fitti diapers.. not the premium one and not the basic one. i bought it from Kiddy Palace.. its selling at $12.95 per pack.

i am also trying out pureen diapers.. promo price the same as fitti at kiddy palace.. was told if no promo is $16.95.

My breast is soft 80% of the time hahahaha cos i latch my boy on at v regular interval (bet 2hr to 3hr) and he is still peeing/pooing and gaining weight ... he is on TBF so duin worry abt the breast. As long as bb suckle, look happy &amp; contented aft the feed and zzzz its fine
