I am not sure how to consume also.. dip on mouth? My fren said the tincture is more effective. Try drinking green papaya soup, that helps. See how my bfg experience goes this time, might have to order if the green papaya soup won't help. Have a gut feel that my milk supply this time is not as much as prev.

Enjoy your gathering, mummies! All of you sure gonna be the focus, so many mummies-to-be at a dinner table.

haha, somemore now our tum tum is much bigger than the last gathering, will be an interesting sight :p

Since some mummies will be there early, suggest we start on time @ 7pm as some need to leave early also. Plus with 20 of us, tough to wait for one another. Mummies + juniors hungry too, hehe. Latecomers can juz pop in, look for a group of preggies, hehe, shldn't be difficult to spot

queenie - i usually try to get late appts becos hubby working tjg pagar area wor... by the time he rches sembawang also more or less 6plus 7... so no choice... but il usually ask to leave office ard 4pm.. hee hee =P btw which week r u in nw?
