i went to spring maternity to get the nursing bras.. they dun have cup size de, just the size 32, 34 or 36. i bought my current size + extension hooks.
i got extra nursing bras which is 1 size up also.

Propser, me will feel thirsty after food and tongue feel siap siap kind...dunno isit becos of MSG, but sometimes is I didnt drink enough water, make sure u drink euff H20 and urine is clear...

Talking about thirsty...I am indeed quite thirsty leh...can drink up to 3 litres per day otherwise my urine will be dark yellowish!!!!

Ling & Minnie yalor...i guess nw we gt to drink more water, otherwise urine become dark yellow easily...but also gt to take note dark yellow urine that will mean protein or high blood pressure?

I din fill up also but remember I was admitted few weeks back it was ok le din have any problem also.Than last week called my gynae clinic they say no need to send le cos I admit before MT A will have my details le.I think even if u dun send back also ok de onli maybe when admit that time hubby might need to fill up form or what lor while u will go into delivery suite.That is what I went trough when I was admit thru not for delivery la haha.

every visit to gynae, my urine test is good. Only my last checkup, discovered i have one level up for my urine test. nurse say is ok but will monitor. ask me wat i ate on that day? i said i ate nasi lemak, then she said no wonder lor... i scared cos my family got history of dibetics.
But i have been thirsty not due to this incident, already experience it during my start of 3rd tri.

I din reali feel the difference le maybe all the while my tumtum very low de plus I think my bladder nt good since preggy le I keep gg to toliet so thru out is all the same din reali have difference for me.

As for MT A room
When u admit that time they will also ask u to reconfirm u wan to have 4 bedded or 2 bedded or so still can change ur mind even if u admit that time.When I gt discharge that time the nurse there say when I delivery ask me to request to go back SR ward so that I can see them again haha hope when I request can be done so can see the same nurses they are all very nice.

hmm... I did my check up last week at wk35, doctor said my baby gal not engage yet... but even when my bb not engaged yet, I sometime have difficulty walking coz my right groin hurt very badly as I walk. Doc said it's because of the enlarged uterus and will be worse for me at the later stage...

i guess everyone feels different when their bb is engaged ba... i read that u supposedly breathe better becos ur lung will have more spc to expand once bb drops lower.. but for pinksorbet thats nt the case leh. haa.

for the obvious it wil be when ur tummy lowers... quite obvious for those with big tummies i guess...

feeling something down there i think going to deliver soon??? also read that vomiting and diarrhea daily cld be a sign or early signs of labour... but then again nt everyone will experience it... bah

for me past few nights i keep going toilet to pang sai lo... but i doubt its sign of early labour la... plus i also have increase in vaginal discharge... for me i will get worried only if have bloody show... bad contractions... or water bag burst ba... hee hee

my MT A hospitalization procedure was done by my gynae clinic nurses...so when it was done MT A actually send me a sms to confirm the booking...and i have aletter from gynae reagrding the hospitalization...

a. feel baby on both breast5-10 mins on one breast each???
b. feed baby 1st time on RH then express to empty breast then 2nd feeding on LH and do likewise?

i am 33 week now, my belly is high not like many carry low, perhaps still early also. so everybody feel differently when engaged really got to experience it then can understand. By the way, it doesn't matter when the bb engagde ya or say like by maybe say 38weeks should engaged otherwise got to go for c-section?

i bought 4 packets of pampers newborn. my fren bought for me from japan... $0.25 each cos of the high exchange rate... one pack of 80... i plan to use it at night cos it is said to be very absorbent.. so looking at nepia or goon for day use... thanks for all the advice...

yesterday my auntie commented my tummy very low... i think so too.. somehow today is much lower... when bb hiccups i can feel he is low... btw.. my dh can hear bb's heartbeat.... u can ask your hubbies to feel it...

we asked our gynae.. he said yes u can hear bb's hearbeat if u position yourself low enough... he said cos i am thin.. everything on the surface.. and can be felt quite distinctly..

re: mattress

someone mentioned that we should tear out the plastic covering to air the mattress?? read it somewhere.. have any of the mummies done it yet? have u put the new bedsheet etc? i scared it will be dusty..

Me FTM also, can't advise much. But remember books that I read that it shld be based on demand, not by amount of time BB is at breast...cos if BB not latched on properly, even spend 1 hr on each breast is no use
