Ashylynne is soooo pretty now. Big big eyes. Sure charm alot of guys when she grow up.

She feeling better? I also will get carried away with showering my Clarissa at times. Cause she simply love showering. But I dun dare to pour water over her head n I will close all windows tight tight. I kiasi parent lor.

can eat porridge that got fish inside but got to strain the porridge. Porridge must have 1 meat or else not enough nutrients.

I notice bb love porridge more than cereals too. N I never give her brown rice cereals at all, maybe because I myself hate brown rice so I not giving her. Is brown rice better?
 


i personally felt brown rice is healthier though lotsa ppl say brown rice is heatier.. I eat brown rice if i cook at home while my hb will eat white rice. Hehehe

ypg, did u buy a new slow cooker used solely to cook Clarissa's porridge?? I m thinking shuld I get a new one or use my existing one..i hv 2 now..hehe.

tink i will not start on porridge so soon..wait till he's abt 8mths. These few days he's on milk strike!! He rather talk than drink.. so chatty leh..and he knows how to kiss me alr!! I will always tell him "how do u kiss mummy??" he will open his mouth n put it to my mouth..haha.

hehe.. tis one i teach since he's a small bb (i now call him big baby cos he super tall lor).. i will pout my mouth and kiss his mouth. Then i will take his hands n put it on my mouth n say.. "this is mummy's mouth, it is used to kiss Zach" then i will kiss him again..Usually i will hold him in standing position n kiss him..initially he will turn away..dun wanna kiss me, but now if i say "how do u kiss mummy??" then he will open his mouth..hahah:p farnee

yes, we bought a new slow cooker to cook her food onli. The super mini size type. We will cook once around 11am, after she eat the 1st round, then we put the remainder inside the slow cooker. She will eat 1 more time around evening time.

Actually I think intro wat kind of food really depend on ur bb. If Zach enjoy eating cereals then u can continue feed him n start on porridge till 8 months. But if he dun like cereals at all, u got to find alternative liao. Just like my fussy eater.
 
Today is my first day at my new job so didn't hv time to log on...so far so good but pretty hectic alr for first day..

Sent Jordan to nanny and noticed that he refused to look at me or smile after we picked him up..sigh..am i too sensitive or he is angry wif me? Sigh...If i could afford i would love to be a sahm again..i dun wana miss any second with him even though he can be really naughty n cranky at times..

1st time she is sick since hew newborn and SIGH.. she is so cranky . Fed her medicine n she all spit out...

Manage to feed her milk.. now pumping milk, later gonna wash all bottles and pat her to zzz if she could not sleep properly tonight.. TIRED... very shack

I feed my bb by using syringe to pump into his mouth, take about 45 min. per feed to pump bit by bit, he cried very very loud and get choked sometime. Really suffering for both parents and bb but no choice lah.

Today my hb also sick and got 2 days MC for his fever. I tell myself now must be healthy and strong to take care of hb and bb.

7.30pm a bit difficult for me coz got to rush back to pick up my bb from nanny place. Can I meet u at RP during lunch time or Compass Point during dinner time on fri.(we have our dinner there almost every fri. night)

Please take care for ur bb n hb. I think all mummy here understand this hardship u been through now. The feeling that how we wish it is us who is suffering instead of our darling. But hor BB are simply far too prone to illnesses liao.

MILK STRIKE: I suppose cereals taste much better than milk. Besides they on the same type of food, be it breast milk or FM for close to 6 months liao, of course sian liao.
 
super shack. I only sleep for 2.5hrs n now pump n need to go work. Ashlynne can only sleep at 1am plus until i gave her a nose drop as her nose are block. Then woke up every hour n cry until 4:30am, fever develop. Gave her fever med., then she can sleep slightly better till now..But she still moving alot in her sleep.

Haiz...Now is HB's turn. he kept on sneezing.. today he gonna be on MC already.

Wau! Clarice is so beautiful! She is happy when having cereal oh. I only try to giv my boy sis hen fen once. he seem ok wif it. After tat I add 1 tea spoon into my boy milk but he totally reject! Simply refuse to drink n keep push away. In the end bo bian hav to latch him on. Waste my 150ml breast milk. Sob sob… so heart pain oh…

Yesterday is my boy 1st day back to IFC after 1 month holiday. I oso notice he a bit different from when he is at home. He seem tired. After come back from IFC by 5.00pm++, he drink milk n go to sleep directly till 11pm++. My hubby wake him up for milk milk by 11pm ++. Only when he open his mouth to talk then I found tat his voice a bit say a, like a duck duck liao.  I suspect he cry a lot at IFC. Will monitor n if necessary might need to think of alternative way liao. Probably change IFC?

those who are sick, remember to wear mask if u are sick, to prevent spreading the virus to ur baby.

anyone feed sweet potatoes to ur babies? i fed my ger on sat & sun, then yesterday, the teachers at the IFC comment that her tummy is very bloated & she vomitted out her milk...she had not vomit since she's 2 mos...sigh... she's super cranky for the past 2 nites... oni sleep average of 4 hrs on sun & mon... fell asleep on the mrt on my way to work today...

bur, i tink it could be the sweet potato leh.. tendency to cause bloatedness in tummy. Btw, did u add milk to it?? Heard from another fren, better to add milk so tat it is not so drying.

fabbie, we have alot to learn from each other. I am learning new things everyday juz by reading from this thread (not when we are updating who is sick etc) but more on how to take care of bb, tips etc etc which i find very useful. Even my mom n grandma is impressed!! Keke

So sleepy! Jordan has been waking up at least 4 times every night!!! He start crying when his pacifier comes out from his mouth, and also cry for no reason at all! Could he be teething? I noticed that he has red rashes on his cheeks ytd and has been VERY cranky...i hope he is not traumatized by the KKH stay n kip having nightmares abt it...

Chantelle, what is ur walker n how long hv u used it?I buy fr u la....whr do u stay?

he just sleep sleep n sleep yesterday after come back from IFC. after wake him up for milk, he did play a while wif me. just very heart pain hear his duck duck voice...
my hubby oso say if job no good or IFC no good, then me just be SAHM, chin chai eat can oledi. he say bulong vegie fr market only cost $1 one big basket. :p but cannot always did tat mah. how abt all those bill bill bill n bill? how abt baby education fund? how abt our retired fund? jia lat oh! everything $$$$$

fabbie, she's ok last nite at home leh, only super cranky...sleep a while then wakes up crying all nite...her milk intake same same so hopefully she's ok tonite too...

think i'll finish her sweet potatoes... i froze them after i blend... bought from isetan, super sweet...i love anything that;s made of sweet potatoes...

have anyone tried pear puree for your baby? Evan had it twice and he was responding well to it .. But today, he had 3 times diarrhoe after taking pear puree ..

Thanks for your advised. I think hb get the virus from bb due to his low immunity after few night sleepless.
For woman, we had been trained and used to be sleepless after become the role of mummy.

There is no follow up appointment with my PD, she just mentioned if bb refuses all feeding and get dehydrate then got ot send him to kkh or Tmc.
My PD under Tmc.
I want to order bibs from u but no time to logon and choose the design, try to place my order before end of the week coz nowadays he drooling a lots due to sore mouth.

Will it be inconvenience for you to meet at compass point on fri. coz you may need to stop at sengkang MRT with bb then continue the journey back to Punggol ?

little rabbit, no problem cos thurs n fri Zach not going to school. He'll be home wif my parents..so i got no driver to come pick me up from Raffles so hv to take train home..i can drop by Compass Point, no prob. Mabbe can even ask my parents to meet me thr for dinner :p But i let u noe again ..ok?
