ya.. it really sounds not right leh.. but u with ya hub how long already? he's like that u didnt know mah? btw what job is he working as? u know my frd frd's hor her hubbie commit sucide damn ke lian.. and till now i duno whats the reason but her hubbie was ok de.. very thing very good but we suspected that maybe stress. they dun have a kid yet. just married and going to have a house thats all. got Yi shu but we duno what is it and didnt ask also. and my frd told my hub and me saying whatever stress or unhappy please talk to out.. if not things will be so so bad..

sorry if i scare you.. but u must try to talk to him and see whats the problem lor. maybe treat him like a baby ba. i know its tough as you have a little baby to take care. haiz. u must be strong ya! i think he's worried about baby than other things else? please look on eye with baby also hor.. since his parents say no mental problem then no lor.. but i think his parent may couldnt accept his like this? I think if you leave him now.. things will get worst of him wor.. thats my thinking.. hope ya doing well dear..

I know him for almost 4yrs, married two yrs ago, last year pregnant. He's working as an Engineer. He always worry on money and he invested heavily on stocks, infact, he's kind of too engrossed, everywhere he goes (toilet, eat meals etc), he use his hp to surf internet to monitor stocks.

I been talking tactfully to him and i have to be very very patient and careful when talking to him to prevent aggitating him. He behaves like a small kid at times. Talk to him can vomit blood esp when he talks hywire and start crying. I have a big kid (he) and a small baby at home.

During dating he was still consider normal (else i wouldnt have married him). After married, i got more chance to interact with his family members and its only then i realised that those things he talked to me all the while (etc his pitiful childhood) were mostly not accurate and made up... It was then i started to realise he's been lying to me or having imagination all along.

I suspect his family members know about his condition all along. They never inform / warn me....

reg ur hubby, u may wanna get help fr his other family members to address this prob soonest possible. u wont wan things to get worse rite.. hope everything goes smooth.. be strong ya!

I think your hubby too stressed liao. He needs a break and maybe you 2 go for a short trip?

I have a hubby that never likes to tell me what happens on his side of the world. So I always imagine lor......and my tots can go so so off. I often feel that he has changed , not the man I used to date. Sigh...so tempted to D but feel so stucked after bb is born.

He will "shout" whenever I talk to him and he's so "rude". I ask his parent and family if it's his character, they told me no le. Then why am I getting this behaviour from him, I feel so cheated at times. LOL so no matter what happen, parents will always side their children one la..or cover up if needs to ba.

I have learnt not to "interact" too much with him, i rather talk to my bb and be happy then to talk to someone and feel agitated and upset.

just weight my boy yesterday when having his jab, he weight 6.84kg and 64.8cm. small size baby hoh? nurse say he should hav ard 7.5kg but he is growing well.

Hayden is 9.1kg liao! and he is put on the nebuliser every 6hours... bleah!! his bronchiolitis is not getting better!!

Jowin, congrats on ashlynne's first tooth.. i ask hayden everyday - where is your tooth? haha. You better check if u have tonsilitis cos if u have hor then u will get fever everytime one.. consult ur doc, removing it would be best option!

Lavendery, hmm.. ur description is like this thing called schizophrenia ( a form of insanity in which the patient becomes serverly withdrawn from reality, has delusions etc) jing shen fen lie zhen. He needs to see a dr n prescribe antidepressents n also another med to control.. dun let it go out of hand coz the chances of such people hurting themselves or people ard them is very high. Cant blame them coz they dunno what they are doing. i had an aunt that jumped off the 22nd storey coz she kept thinking someone is trying to kill her.. she was stressed coz she just gave birth. she left behind her 2mth old baby n 3yr old daughter.

Sorry to hear about what you are going through...it must be difficult for you...Have you considered counselling? MCYS offers counselling...and if the social worker feels that your hb needs to see a dr...he/she will refer him to see one.

Maybe you can convince him by saying that you yourself want to get counselling....and ask him to accompany you....say you stressed out over baby ....and that you wanna get help...usually men dun like to admit that they need help...but if you say you are the one needing help..he might accompany you....

Ehhh.. from the Kindermusik group photo; how come all the babies maciam can crawl like that?? Sure they born in Dec??? How come mine cannot even do full flip??? Haizzz..

hmm sounds not right ... Probably his monitoring of stock might have aggravated his stress..I know monitoring stock very stresss de one so I feel you should bring him to MCYS for counselling asap...coz this condition can worsen if drag for too long....

Jordan is warded in KKH due to stomach flu. Rachel is keeping him company there so she dun have the time to post her.

Now hope to wait for Jordan milk intake to increase then can discharge.

I think they trained on the right brain n there are 3 languages like english, mandarin n jap. 3 trial class for $100.

Talked to me HB last night abt Little Neuro Tree and he seem to discourage..

Beside the price at $100, he thought she is still too young for such courses..He prefer her to learn thru play..

I have not gone to enquire abt it.. perhaps shall ask more before i comment anything..

But then, if our kid dun try it out, who knows they are suitable anot.
 
ypg, i am interested in the kindermusik leh but dun know if i can handle my boy. those who went last sun, is it tiring? really need to carry ur baby and dance?

My hubby also comment say he can teach..but so far never even see him play much with bb..so I quite doubtful haha. I gg for the trial to see how to teachers teach too..coz I believe language is the first step and I heard when they are babies they can take in languages easily...

My chinese reading very lousy..basic chinese fail all the way to O levels so cant teach him also ..

r u currently seeing a marriage counselor? mayb u can call her n tell her wat's gg on n ask her help to persuade ur hb as well. hopefully it helps. be strong k. *hugs*

I dun think my HB can teach too.. although both our english & chinese are ok.. As for Jap lang.. is it of good use??? The worldwide are training hard now on mandarin instead. So i wonder if its really good la.. infact, maybe dialects are more impt. hee hee..

not too sure why the docs aren't saying anything either.. perhaps they assume that vaccination won't have adverse reaction?
i did notice that everytime before our bb gets the jab, none of the doc/PD went through with us on the leaflet/pamphlet that comes w/ the vaccine box.. i suppose the leaflet does mention who can/cannot take the jab and what are the possible reaction.. i doubt that the doc/PD even know what's written inside either..

but...but...phyl is crazy leh...she's lucky she got hayden...if she got a girl...i think she will dress her daughter head to toe in hello kitty lor...

my dr advised me to start solids v v slowly...meaning 1st week 1 spoonful a day...it's not to fill the baby's stomach...it's just to introduce solid food only....so no need to feed alot.....the main food should still be milk...
 
vaccinations:
I always thought that certain vaccinations are "required" by law. i.e. the child has to have them? Sometimes it's a difficult decision to make - would u rather the child be sick with incurable disease or just take a jab (keeping fingers crossed that there is no side effects?).

Btw, I heard my PD say pneumo jab should be taken seperately with rota n 6in1...

But Ian's photo does make me feel so sad... :'(

I think i will just let my ger take all of the jabs (so far she take 6 in 1 plus rota, not going to give her others lah)... at most I will start her early on the burdock soup when she can... *HAHA* removes the mecury eh? :p
