my hubby can think of this theory coz last time he is a very naughty rascal too haha..he told me last time he catch the neighbour's goldfish in the tank coz he saw the fish shit dangling out of it n tot it constipated so he squeeze the bloated body until it died...

just back from Phlip sale.

Bought milk bottle, the brush and the lotion.

The rest electronic things didnt buy, me looking for toaster, but they dont have the one that I want. End up only buy my boy things than go back.

I saw many ppl bought the vacum cleaner, cost about 300 plus. And home theater system.

The light bulb is good buy, but me forget my home one using what bulb end up didnt buy.. haiz..

wah piang my gal really driving me crazy.. i duno does u all same with me.

My gal suppose to drink milk at 230pm cus her last feed is 1130am. till now! at 730pm she dun want to drink milk! she eat cereal and drink milk at 1130am. aiyo.. so headache dun wan to drink! then hor.. im thinking she did eat cereal and she loves it. So i did a trick. I use spoon to feed her purely MILK only. and guess what. she takes it. spoon n spoon. We were thinking is it bcus her teats are small so we change teats to L. So i stop giving her spoon feeding of milk(cus its super slow) and she cry like hell. Nvm i try to feed her with the large teats she didnt want to! Oh my.. im thinking am i going to spoon feed milk forever?! anyone got advice?! i believe she's hungry but she dun wan to drink from teats but from spoon! but like that is not right wor. sighz. how ah?

My Jordan is also driving me crazy! Every feeding time is like a war like that cos he will nvr ever finish his milk in one single feed! Everytime i make 6oz, he will drink 3oz then refuse to drink! Then i hv to put him on high chair, he drink a few mouths, then carry him to feed (while walking around the house!), he drink a few mouths, the he simply refuse to finish the last oz! I wonder if any mommies encounter the same problem!? Then for the remaining 1oz i hv to warm it in hot water, wait for at least 20mins before i try my luck again. If he really refuse then i will try feeding him with spoon also..if he refuse somemore, i give up liao..every feed is really like a war and i dread feeding him!

try using another bottle? that happened to mi when kayson using avent. we trial n error n end up he likes nuk n start drinking finish his milk. mayb u wana give it a try?

no wories. i can understand d frustration u hav when its feeding time. mayb can try playing soft music during feeding time? or hold his hands when feeding?
 
i used to let him watch cartoon when its feeding time...it used to work...then i sang nursery rhythms while feeding him and it used to work too..now whenever he refuse to drink he will arch his back and turn away from the bottle...he is kinda strong and i dun wanna break his neck so i hv to be gentle even though i hv run out of all my patience liao...trial n error...but he gets sick of my little tricks faster than i tot he would...

last time when my bb having cough, she also like tat. Worse is tat she dun drink at all. Urs still willing to drink.

For mummies who are going to Kindermusik tmr, please remember to reach there 10 min b4 10am n wear sock n pants. To ensure best learning experience for ur bb, try to feed her, change her b4 u start. Enjoy urself there!!
 
Fabbie ur so lucky cos u hv ur mom to help take care of bb clarice...i only hv myself...imagine the frustration...

FYI Jordan just vomited his full feed IN HIS SLEEP....sigh...had to wipe him, change him and put him back to sleep...Thought i ca skip burping him since he fell asleep while drinking but then see what happened! He burped in his sleep and eventually vomited out his feed! Mommies...must burp ur babies no matter what ar...

I am from Jan thread 09 but have got 3 children. My second child was like that. I spoonfed her milk for almost one year, then change to cup. When she reached 3 years old, I reintroduced the bottle again. Finally she was receptive to bottle till today (4 years old already) but still very very slow in drinking milk.

Trust me, it was a 'long-life' battle. So angry with her many times. My advent teat cut until so big that the milk just flow out like small tap, but it didn;t work

i juz did tat to Daniell... din burp him properly after his 180ml feed coz he fell asleep... i only hold him upright for a while b4 putting him to bed... i hope he wont vommit later (unless he flip then might be...)

Do u encounter water dripping out from the anti colic valve?
cos mine keep dripping... den there is a small hole when i press gently on the valve inside but i saw the instruction inside seem like there should be a small hole leh... just bought it few days ago...

Any mummies can advise?

Avery was like that for a while.. difficult to feed and dun wan to drink.. i changed pigeon bottle.. nuk bottle.. and she only started to drink when i change to a bigger hole teat, plus lengthen her feeding time (maybe more hungry.. i dunno).

Ur bb prefers the spoon? Hopefully its a phase. Dont give up yet... as long as she continue to gets milk into her body.. I think like KT said, some of these things will be a life long struggle.. just hang in there, at least she willing to drink milk, tho from a spoon..

i think its normal to puke milk when they flip over. Therefore, i also try not to let her flip so fast after her milk

nowadays, even in her sleep, she can flip over herself then cry.. cos she dun like to sleep on tummy.. Sigh... i have to let her carry a bolster stuck inbetween her legs to stop her from flipping at nite in her zzzzz....

Mommies....Jordan vomited 2 more times so i'm bringing him to see doctor now..He was looking at me so blankly each time after he vomits....i am worried sick and nearly wanted to cry...so damn heartpain....chat later...
 
Mommies...i brought Jordan to CGH and they could not find anything wrong with him...no fever and he looked normal....but he had vomited 5 times (or 6 times? Gosh i lost count liao!) in the past 2 hours and it's definitely not normal!

The doctors at CGH told me there is no Pediatrician dept there so they had to refer us to KKH...if i knew earlier i would hv brought him there straight! Waste my time only! They advised us to observe him for the night, try to feed him some water and see if he vomits.. if he does we will hv to go KKH..so now i'm observing him while he sleeps...can't explain how heartpain i am now..

I pray to god that Jordan will have the greatest health and happiness...and should anything had to happen, plse all fall on me...dun torture my poor little baby...
 
yes, I hope baby Jordan is alright too .. hopefully, it's just a one off thing and he's ok. So I assume that since he's stopped vomitting, he's emptied his tummy, right? Poor lil guy.

Let us know how it goes in the morning. I'll say a prayer for Jordan to be NOT sick. U take care, rachel!!

seems got stomach flu bug around. hang in there... as long no fever, and vomitting stop, Jordan will be okie. My bb also seem to still have a bit of the stomach flu (had full blow 2wks ago) cos she poopoo at least 4-5times today.. watery/green. So we also monitoring. Guess 'mommy' job is never done eh? U stay positive!

her cough slightly okai but still got flame when she cough. have improve. running nose not as jialet. but 1 thing having a hard time to feed her sia. till i give him i give my hub. and my hub started to do lots of pattern just to make her drink. and finally she drink when she's sitting down. -____-

for me.. i lost my voice liao!!! wth.. and my hub was saying "SEE you nag too much thats why ya sick, see why am i not sick? cus i didnt nag so much!" Lmao! Think the happiest person now is my hub cus i cant talk. talk like voice like a man and once talk my throat damn pain. arghz.. and Zy looking at me one eyebrown up when she hear my voice hahha
