So there is a $150 difference, so which one saves more also depends on the course fee for FULL DAY and HALF DAY (i.e if diff is > $150 then no point), you can do ur own calculation

actually i just realised i have not brought Brod for his 18m booster 5-in-1 jab..ops..ya..i actually somehow got lost in that..so i was wondering if it's still "safe" for him to take this jab at this current mth..as for MMR, i will try to delay till later too..hehe..

Any of your bb has a drastic drop in appetite? My bb who loves eating has changed in eating habbit. Every feeding time is 3-4 mouth then dun want liao. Milk also been a struggle.
Just back from her 18month assessment and she is 8.5kg.
I tried changing menu for her, ket her self-feed or share our food but all failed. Doctor just mentioned if there is no weight gain, need another accessment in 2 months time.

Her molar is already half erupted. Can see the white tooth. For the past 2 weeks. Every feeding is a struggle. Cannot say she dun eat, I dun feed so I tries all tricks and each seesion range from 45mins to an hour. Dun want her to develop into a bad habbit. Last time, each meal takes 15 mins at most.

been a really long time since i came in here. can't believe that mummies are getting preggie and delivering already!! all the best mummy2nia!

is it her first molar? my girl's first molar (she is a slow teether) also just came out about 3 weeks ago. but her appetite has always been erratic. eating almost a whole bowl of pasta or porridge + an egg + fruits on good days and almost none at all on others. Could be the molar bothering her. i remember my girl was pretty low on appetite too when her molar came out and she still have many more to go!! she could also be just gg thru a phase. i guess you can try to sneak in some small bites of bread, crackers, etc throughout the day and see if she eats a lil. if she is still active she must be getting the energy she needs.=)

after much contemplation i have started to let my girl try milk, cow's milk, that is. have decided that i would like to have her used to cow's milk. am still bf-ing her 3x a day but i do let her have some small sips of milk everyday. She does not seem on the cold milk straight frm the fridge but she seems to like slightly warmed milk better! hopefully she will be able to take on cow's milk completely so that I can wean her off by e time she turns 2.

i think he's not chubby but rather we took close-up shots leh..hehe..just head looks bigger nia..but overall he shrunk..when we put on diaper for him, we realised we have to tape more inner as compare to the previously..hehe..

icic..aa...long time nver have a chance to weigh him yet..next Wed when he's gg for his 5-in-1 booster then i weigh him ah..m just wondering if it's ok to have him take his booster only now..but no choice coz earlier he was really not feeling well lo...remember..he's wearing Fitti Stretchy Tapes XL size but it's "pretty loose & long" for his size but if i dwngrade him to L, will be tight leh..whc diaper is T using now?

I am better now.. but the cough still terrible.. cough until like breathless.. no appetite for food.. eat what almost tasteless.. hope i get well soon.

Me also SOS!! My boy suddenly 'milk strike' since Sat. We are all puzzled coz this has never happened before and he always drinks 3 feeds of milk before but now he refused even the night feed! He was also sick during this period so not sure if teething or due to illness. BIG SIGH!!
He still eats solid food though, so wonder if no milk OK or not?!!

Hello mummies! Yup me delivered liao. Was very exhausted after the op. Am glad i took c sect again. Had contractions but not regular. Dilated ard 2cm wen i went for gynae appt. My gynae panicked then ask me to go today. Quite stunned cos wasnt prepared. Even wanted to go shoping for carseat after tt. Delivered my prince at 3 plus. Hes 3.35kg. Smaller than sis. I expected bigger. Hehe. Perhaps cos he was only nearly 38 wks opd unlike nia who was 39 wks wen she was out. Thx so much for ur prayers. I reali appreciate it. Okie wanna go bk zzz. Hehe
re: childcare
Okay ... after 3 days accompanying Lucas at the childcare, I have more or less decided to withdraw him after two months. My maid arrived the day before .. I intend to let her get familiar with everything then leave Lucas with her at home two months from now.
Three days in the childcare ... the teachers do not follow the curriculum as they have planned.
8.30am - breakfast
9am - sing song (Some toddlers are left roaming ard the centre and Lucas is one of them and he loves to grab other water bottle and drink!)
10am - drink water then go void deck to run/walk or stay in centre play bubble or sing song again
According to timetable, 9-11am shld be educational activities.
11am - lunch (pathetic small portion) then bath
12pm to 12.30pm - milk feed and pat the toddlers to sleep
3pm - teabreak and change diapers
3+pm - free play
I realise teachers arent doing some meaningful activities with the toddlers at all. And for some moments, they are juz sitting together doing nothing, staring at the ceiling.
I planned to withdraw Lucas bcos he still tends to bite the toys in sch and drink others' water bottle. I'm afraid he gets HFMD loh.
For two days I left after he fell asleep during nap time. He was fine after he woke up and doing stuffs but give a big cry the moment he sees mi. He was fine when my hb brought him there today ... never cry.
Some toddlers/ playgroup kids cried immediately their family members brought them into the cc in the morning and they can simply cry on and off for the whole day until voice turn hoarse. And some teachers dun bother to clear those crying or sick toddlers' mucus.
There was a toddler sitting beside Lucas for teabreak yesterday and I was standing outside the window. She keep tap Lucas hands and point to me who was standing outside cos she knows I'm his mummy. So cute.

I spoke to Jenn this morning abt it as her gal was also in My First Skool at Jurong Point. She say must constantly keep feedback to make teachers work!
Communication with my new Indo transfer maid was fine. She learnt English from her former employer in 5 mths time. Still okay to mi cos agent already told the maid I expect initiative and so far, she is performing all right. But to MIL, no maid satisfies her lah. She complained of every maid doing work so slowly ... if all the maids are at that speed means she cant expect more from maids what. I told my hb last nite she everytime ask the maid to fast fast fast .. rush to reincarnation ah. Then the maid never fold and iron pants with a fold and she angrily question the maid last time how she iron clothes one. I told my MIL not everyone likes to iron the pants like she does, for example, my colleague never irons pants with the fold in front and at the back. She kept quiet.

Jo, the teachers in CC can be inexperienced sometimes. My colleague complains to me that her son's CC keep changing teachers, turnover very high. During their recent excursion to botanic gardens, she saw those young teachers took shelter under a tree, to shade from t morning sun! Left some kids wondering ard.... Zzzz .... cannot make it
If have to keep feedbacking to them to make them work, t principle of the CC must be sleeping too!

oh..the crying part with no teachers to tend to seems pretty heartpain to see /hear, but i think it takes a while for kiddos to get used to the life in CC too..but since u r getting a maid, then let her get used & train her so that she can also look aft L ba..but when will u intend to send him to playgroup? next beginning of yr or mid yr?

congrats in the bundle of joy~ it's a nice feeling to hold ur newborn in ur arms..he's of a gd weight at wk 38+..think he will balloon up very fast...rest well & take gd care..cheers~

oh..the crying part with no teachers to tend to seems pretty heartpain to see /hear, but i think it takes a while for kiddos to get used to the life in CC too..but since u r getting a maid, then let her get used & train her so that she can also look aft L ba..but when will u intend to send him to playgroup? next beginning of yr or mid yr?
