wa, everyone has updated the food list.. today i tried steamed rice topped with steamed egg mixed with minced chicken. he like it.. and is reali filling.

-Carbo: Mixed cereal, porridge, steamed rice, baby macaroni
Veg: Spinach, Brocoli, Cauliflower, Snow pea, Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, Sweet corn, Pumpkin, wolfberries, red dates, (brown cucumber cook soup one), leek, white onion, garlic, ginger (for fish porridge)
Fruits: Banana, Apple, Pear, Kiwi, rock melon, grapes, peach, plum.
Meat/Fish: red snapper, ngoh hin, chicken, pork
Others: bread, egg yolk, yoghurt, heinz biscuit, ice cream (hehe)
