Same here, my boy is one of e youngest so i haven plan anything for his bday. Wanted to book a chalet but i think is pretty expensive... Still thinking...

i brought my son for swimming last weekend, he enjoy it... Later going to bring him to my gym for his free play...

Hai. My son fall off the bed very often, don know wat to do abt it. He is too active liao, i think someone must be with him 24hr a day then can prevent him from falling. cos he like climb up e bed, crawl into his bath tub and always stand without support... I think when he start to walk without support, i got to buy helmet for him liao..

Sleeping:
Aiyohz... BB J also berry 'hong sim' leh. Once we go out... we can 'tong' and dun sleep from 12 noon till 6pm leh. Can see she berry tired cos keep rubbing her eyes. But she juz refuse to take nap. Then when feed her, she will be drowsy and fall asleep. But once the milk finish, after 5-mins, she wake up liaoz. Really dun know wat to do siah.

You so funni leh... buy helmet for your boi. *lolz* I told my hub... this bb so celever to crawl fast fast and 'disappear', when she can walk, must get those harness liaoz. Else I cannot catch up with her. hahahah...

He can go whole afternoon without any nap hiaz...he can rub n rub his eyes and he look so tired, with eyebag, yet dont want to sleep. Dunno coz he keep wanting to play or wat. Even if bring him to the room, he will toss ard and then sit up and look at us. And pacifier also dont work..faintz..

glad_glad n Mildy: at least yours so cute chattering away.. mine will go hmmmm.... ugghhh.. faintz loi. the whole shopping centre can hear his cranky sounds. when i heard such noise, the only thoughts is " I gotta get out of here and go home!" he very spoiltsport something. so his trip is also short and sweet plus NEARBY! haha

bb's bday party: me noooooo plan AT ALL!! i heard from my husband that mil wan to throw a buffet inviting relatives.. but frankly speaking i not lookinh forward to buffet.. somemore at home so cramp and i hate entetaining relatives i dunoe well.. rather like 1st mth, book a few tables at restaurants invite close relatives can liao. No decor No theme Nothing at all. but of cos bday cake is a need la..

bb hong sim: my gal is one such fellow.. hong sim bb.. at home whine, go out happy. And these days outside also no wan pram.. esp if my hubby around.. she'll look for him and whine -_- wan him to carry.. I forbid and let her cry lor.. til she sleep in e pram.. cannot let her manipulate us adults.. like tt bring her out also difficult in future. But if hubby/mil not around she'll be more guai sit in pram cos she know mother more heartless

my gal if outside at aircon place she can stil sleep in pram, but sometimes also after whining a bit.. But if go fren's house or wat then difficult.. cos day time she sleep rocker and frens house no rocker then wil b a problem.. And these days i no strength carry her orr orr liao.. besides she also like not v used to being carried to sleep.. So for her its either pram or rocker for nap during daytime.. and her cot at nite.

hello mummies....

these few days bb cried badly whenever poo-poo though not hard stools. then y'day i "analysed" her ka churn and noticed that there is a small lumpy growth right at the anus! is it piles??!! anyone any idea what this is??

nowadays my gal go out oso dun wanna sit on her pram liao, but good thing is she only will go to daddy to carry her, not me, so heng for me, hahaaa

I just bought my gal to see the pd as i found a lump of flesh at the anus there. PD asked if poo poo is hard but her stool still quite soft. Pd found out there's a tear in the anus as baby uses too much strength to push out the poo poo. It's pretty normal and as there a small tear, they heal also then baby exert strength n then it tear again. Then all these on off heal liao, tear again and heal will cause this flesh to grow. It will go away around 18 mths.But u may want to bring ur baby to the pd to be sure.

maybe u can teach your bb the right way to get down the bed to prevent them from falling off bed? claudia fall off the bed once and since we thought her that she should get down the bed from backside first, so far she is fine. *touch wood*

yeah my girl had the same thing, its the skin from inside coming out when they poo too hard. its bb piles. my girl one was quite bad and according to the PD will only go back in a couple of months. its been almost 2, and its slowly going back. to prevent this has to make sure that your bb dun constipate and pass out hard stools.
 
bbzel/milderina, thanks for the advice... wonder how come so sway ah cos my gal's poo mostly is soft type wan. ya, maybe will bring her to PD to check just to be sure. apart from poo-ing when she will cry other times she's alright so i guess it's probably "soft" piles...

I think our baby skin too delicate... i was thinking why got the flesh there and getting more obvious. But luckily it is not too serious.Hmm...happened only in girls? Cos happen our babies all girl.
 
bbzel, right lor, i was oso thinking how come coincidentally few of us whose bbies are gals got it, mayb oso cos gals' skin even more delicate.

do mummies here hv any recommendations? am looking for new carseat. baby is growing out of her current maxi cosi. i need to get a new carseat which can ideally last her till she's at least 5yrs old? Saw a really cute Paul Frank booster seat at Mother's Work, but she is still too young though! there are soooo many diff types of carseats I am sooo confused now. =P

Mooncake: Anyone bought yet? Went to Taka just now with my parents hee..yearly routine. Can't decide whether to buy Four Seasons, Goodwoodpark or Home durian mooncake. All taste so yummy!!

He knows how to get down the bed but he got e bad habit of lying down from his sitting position anywhere he wants. Sometimes he will stay in a frog style position and jump down e bed or jump out from e bath tub. Haiyo, really don know what to do ar..

i went to taka mooncake fair last monday. hehe.. i tasted goodwood park, four season &amp; poeny jade's durian mooncake.. i tink poeny's is the best... cheaper than goodwood park one.. can consider. i find the mango pomelo snowskin from goodwood one is not nice... or izzit suppose to be kept in freezer...

been setting routine for bb.. no matter wat type of method, i ensure my maid as long he slp at that timing. carry to slp. rock to slp all oso ok.. no choice.. I just wan him to slp more in the day.. Right now.. he aready more or less slp at the same timing ev day.. at night if slp with me. usually i let him toss &amp; turn on my bed to slp.. guess a queen size bed is not enough for him though...he toss &amp; turn over me as well -_-

frankly speaking i dun find e bb cute. he's huge until scary and i pity him tt he may b facing a lot of health problems in future if he continues to b so obese... Doesn't help now that he has got enormous appetite..

i tink the only way to tame my boy down is offer him food leh.. -_-"" else hor.. mus take turn to carry him walk around.. cos he cant sit still shout &amp; bang tables.. i tried toys.. he throw to the floor. any better ideas?
 
ali, my baby will stand up when we put him on the high chair... only food can keep him down... ya same mine also bang tables and throw toys then still can say "oh" and look down at the toys or stuff he drop on the floor... *faint*
 
and no idea why he keep scratching his head and body we clean him before he sleep leh... some more like to pull up his shirt now. weird boy...
