Hahaha, the irony part was, I used to work in law firm, handling divorce proceeding before I decided to switch to marrying people. So now you know how come I always got so much big reasoning for maintaing a blissful marriage.

It is actually some rules for maintaning a happy family. I loves to read it occasionally when life gets a little too boring or when I had a had a bad day and is upset. I only have the chinese versin cos I find it more meaningful in Chinese.
It goes something like:
<font color="ff0000">The wifey principal</font>: General rule number 1, the wife is always correct. General rule number 2, if the wife does something wrong, please act according to rule number 1.
<font color="ff0000">The children principal</font>: General rule number 1, a child will alwys be a child, a husband is also a child. General rule number 2,when your hubby did something to upset you, pleas read rule number 1 aloud for 3 times.
<font color="ff0000">Family principal</font>: General rule number 1, In a family, what is most important is a king size bed, the others are a luxury. General rule number 2, when life gets a little boring or too fast paced, please read rule number 1 aloud with your parnter.

If it is customised to be view by 'friend of friend only' then have to be added as friend in order to view the photos. otherwise everyone who sign up in fb, regardless of in your friend list or not can view the photo.
This was the loop hole mentioned by TNP that PI actually managed to get hold of adultery evidence for a couple.

hi mummies,
had 2 good days of feeding baby. she finished most of her bottled milk and her semi solids (she loved the butternut squash which i just introduced to her on wed!) for past 2 days. but today was a complete failure during her dinner. ate like 2 spoons and starting whining and crying in her highchair. tried to carry her to pacify her but aft i tried to feed her again the same reaction. so gave up and threw away all e cereal and purees. not long aft that she pooped so maybe she was having a tummyache?hmm..
TGIF!!! so glad e weekend is here. =D

another failure today with feeding bb...threw away 2 bowls of cereal and ate sweet potato puree myself. tried to feed her for breakfast, dun wanna eat. thought she might be too sleep so gave her milk and she napped for an hour. after she woke up, tried to feed her again. only took 2 small spoons and dun want already. its so frustrating and i keep wondering what the prob is. sigh....wish she could just talk and tell me. =(

me not a pro runner but i went for New balance 10Km run before preggers. am hoping to for a 5Km run after stop BF-ing since I hv not ran in ages and will not have e stamina as before liao. when is the great eastern run? i think i will have to wait til next year to sign up for any runs..

Microwave Warning About Dioxins
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in their newsletters...worth noting... This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center .
Dioxin Carcinogens causes cancer.
Especially breast cancer. Don't freeze your plastic water bottles with water as this also releases dioxin in the plastic. Dr. Edward Fujimoto from Castle hospital was on a TV program explaining this health hazard.
(He is the manager of the Wellness Program at the hospital.)
He was talking about dioxin and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Dioxin are carcinogens and highly toxic to the cells of our bodies.
Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware, or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results ...without the dioxin.
So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
Just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He said we might remember when some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
To add to this: Saran wrap placed over foods as they are nuked, with the high heat, actually drips poisonous toxins into the food, use paper towels.
