Good morning!!
yesterday was a super hot holiday!! End up staying at home and did not go anywhere as too hot le! Frankly, I already lost count of how many weeks I am le...hee...think it Wk13 / 14 bah. Very blur mummy here..

Ya man!! Take nap also not siok! Then whole day so warm at home also...full blast the fan!

I am hoping my vomiting will get better as days go by. Colleague say I look better, but the feeling still the same lor, nauseaous...just tat cannot whole day give them "I want to die" face mah...keke...really "you ku nan yan"!

Dr Chan will measure the neck thickness during ur wk 12 visit. After that he will then send you for triple test at week 15

coz technically still in 1st trimester until i hit week 13, so i deny i am pregnant in the office, eventhough my tummy is showing...trying best to wear loose fitting clothes... next Tuesday will be 13 week so counting down

hi mummies.. i'm in my 13th wks today.. things dun seem to have improved =/ appetite getting from bad to worse.. eat n vomit.. im rather worried abt my BB not having enough food..
 
hui, no wor.. since preggy till now all my food intake has been halved le and still vomit tat half out.. also sianzz.. yesterday was terrible, even my hubby also scared n worried.. wondering how i can eat more for my BB

It has been terribly hot! i got probs slping in aircon cos my nose will get very stucked. dunno if i shd invest in a humidifer...

hui, i dun have fish oil yet leh... thinking of buying any to intro else i have to wait till next appt (26th May) to buy from doc.. e vits i have been taking but not sure if i have vomited them out too..

bear, u mean my body also have enough for BB? den i feel better le.. really scared

Karen..only 19week then can feel movement leh, ya no safe zone till bb is born, my friend also have a stillborn at 5mth last year, very happy for her, now she is preggie again &amp; a Nov baby too.

Dont think off the negative stuff..stay postive ok ladies.

My NT Scan is next tues, so kanjong about the 12weeks mark..hahaha, cause this few days i feel my tummy getting smaller...!

I went shopping to find materity pants yesterday, so shock to find the price so x leh...ladies if got good lobang must share k? I cheapo dont wish to spend too much on maternity wear this round liao.

Wednesday my fren call me and comment that a few of them said that i look ugly when i have #2.. When i have my #1 i look pretty.. so sad leh

Hi mummies...

I'm in my 12week, dun feel any MS now. Can actually eat, looks like I'm going to put on alot this time again. My tummy is already showing, especially at night, I feel I am like 4-5mths preg. The tummy can really expand after all the food I ate for the whole day. Don't really feel preg, feel more fat.

There's still another 2 weeks to my next apptmt, actually only the 2nd apptmt. Hopefully gynae will tell me abt the test I hav to take. Dunno how the system works in US. Can't wait to know the bb health and sex, so i can start my shopping spree already :p

Karen, i think with a maid, u might still need someone to cook those confinement food for u.
 
hui.. ignore those remarks.. its very inconsiderate to pass such remarks on preg women. These pple dunno preg de xin ku lor... don't worry, usually when u r in ur 2nd trimester, u'll glow. Smile lah...
 
hello ladies! Hows your labour day? I took a long nap with air-con and fan on full blast. Shiok.
On Wednesday evening, finally someone gave up her seat for me on the MRT for the first time. Hehehe... Maybe I'm wearing maternity-like wear bah. Tummy not very obvious still she let me sit. So happy!

My hr colleague just gave me a really good idea. For the last 4 weeks, we can take seperately. That is take 8 weeks first, so we only lugi 3PH. Then come back to work and 1-2 weeks later, will be CNY...then I can take another 2 weeks straight and keep the balance 2 weeks till later. Hee...good idea right??...Thats provided your boss allow lar. Yet to speak to my boss abt it. See how...keke..

anyone thinking of engaging a massage lady to massage you after giving birth. Wat do you gals thought on that? Does it work? My fren say after massage, her 6mths preggie tummy shrunk to 3 mths. Wonder is it depend of individual.

regarding Massage lady I personally feel it works very well for me. After the first wrap, the tummy really shrunk from 6mths to 3mths! e. My massage lady recommended me to get the corset to continue binding the tummy for as long as possible after the session. My tummy went back to flat. No one can tell I have bb before. So i really recommend to do the massage after delivery.
 
`Maternity Leave
Oooooh so far ... the only thing I'm really looking forward to. Hee. I intend to take pre-maternity leave in October, then carry onmy maternity leave in November. I will break in Dec since it's the school holiday so I don't want to lose out by taking, and then take the last 28 days in January. And then continue to take 4 months of NPL.

After June, I'll start counting down already. Hee. If my gynae can give me a month of Sep HL, heeee, that would be so ideal lor.

sorry to interrupt. Does having MS and vomitting mean the baby is fine? Im 10wks into my pregnancy, but my tummy has grown smaller for the past 2 wks with my continuous vomitting.
 
Massage
I would love massages after but I'm only afraid that the floor would be really oily and the whole room smells of the oil. Misaryeo, you have good massage ladies to rec?

Tolerance for this weather
Or the lack of it. Anyone finds that the heat is getting to you? I find that my tolerance for this weather is worse than all around me. Plus I work in a non-aircon environment which does not help at all.

I want to take one year also can ah. That's the only good thing about teahcing. LOL!

As for massage, I will be in one room while my dogs will be outside ah. When the lady is going out of the room, I will alert someone else in the house who would carry my dogs. Only inconvenience to both parties for a minute or so only.
 
Happy, I have mood swings also.. But even when not preg, i'll also get mood swing :p but i try to control and not to make my hubby suffer for nothing. However he is quite well trained now. can see my face colour very well.. so he'll avoid when necessary.

karen, the massage lady i had was alright and her charges is one of the cheapest one, at least i managed to slim down. I don't have her no now.. i'll go and search the forum... will post it i find it

i wear slippers at home.. so the floor was not oily i and the oil is not too strong to make the room smells.. so it was pretty ok for me.

jus did my oscar this morning.. results only out this evening/tomm morning. bb now measures 6cm @ 12wks+. Gynae look from the baby bottom and see nothing so she said 60% gal gal. Can confirm by next appt.. Gave me the scanned pic and one with bb facing us look like alien.. v scary hahaa....

So only aft 13weeks then 2nd tri ah.. i tot after 12wks.. umm.. zzz...

got MS means ur baby growing so no worries. Me now not much MS so before today appt stil worried if bb ok.. but seems like i'm one of those lucky ones who dun hav to deal with the torture

i think all preggie ladies are sexy, its all about self confidence and with a life growin inside you its hard not to look radiant and glow! stay positive no matter matter what okie?

weather: its terrible..i used to love e heat and sun, but i feel so uncomfortable in e hot sun now. think i will try to go swimming a lil more, it keeps me cool plus i can relax and nap on e deck chairs,heheheh. i want to try to exercise more as i can feel my stamina decreasing..

me bot some orange juice and freeze it a while in freezer before sipping it now, so shiok..
