Purple, Eelyn, I think cos at this stage all their foods and FM are iron enriched plus the weather has been really bad, minibee has had hardstools too. Try Pear Puree. It helped minibee. Yoghurt also does the trick. Hope it helps.

shawn used to hv super hard stool and he will strain and cry when he poo but now abit better liao even if is hard he wont cry so i think is not as hard as the previous time maybe bcoz i give him lots of fruits and yoghurt.

the 3 serves not alot..
i give all fruits before meals except breakfast i mix into the cereal.
each serve is like half a banana, one slice of papaya or a small apple or pear..
then again my gal has a big appetite la.. i think she's the giant girl in the thread. she's 11kg liao.. haha!

if baby doesnt learn to drink from sippy cup or straw bottle is it ok? kaitlyn wants to drink direct from a cup! she licks up the water.. wonder if she's spending too my time watching my dog drink from his bowl.. haha..

haha my kaitlyn got giant appetite.. her lunch/dinner is equivalent to one whole bowl (like rice bowl) of food. this is excluding her fruit and yogurt which she has before or after her meal.

fyi i give 2 fruit cubes daily.

i think shawn hates prune. 1st time give him the geber prune puree and he give me that really sour look until cant see his eyes liao then recently give him the apple and prune juice from heniz then he drink 1 slip and push the bottle away and keep shake head hahaha

Eelyn, Minibee also dun like the sippy cup. I just advanced her to using a real cup and she has now learnt to use it well. So dun worry I suppose. As the Sippy cup is a training cup afterall. I console myself that she skip a step! hahaha. I tried straw on her again but she ended chewing the straw! Faint!...

JJmom, no. tanglin slots are all taken up by regular classes leh. I mentioned above, we are joining the existing classes, which oredi has 2 babies. so no matter what there is only 4 slots every week for trial. if one more baby sign up for a term, then only 3 slots for trial left. u know what i mean?

Purple, are u feeding ur girl bananas? if yes, pls stop. bananas cause constipation in babies, contrary to what ppl say. my PD says so, and I also noticed too. avocadoes and bananas are fruits thats hard to digest, so for now, stop these fruits, and feed only apples, pears, papayas, prunes etc. feed prune juice is good and yes yogurt is good too. oh Jaz takes one whole fruit at any one time....so its ok to have one whole apple, but of course not the gigantic fuji huge apple lah heeee...

havnt manage to reach aquaducks leh, they still lunching i think.

Checked with aquaducks, yes i think they are ok with us splitting into diff sunday 3pm classes for 3 consecutive weeks. but one thing to note is, say if any of the first 4 mommies attended the trial liao is interested to sign up, they may have to wait till 2 weeks later before they can join lah hehehe to give the rest of the 6 mommies a chance to trial. hor? can a not? heheee...
