think just taking cupcake won't solve problem. Cos the cancellation of one place at gymboree will change the equation, since first 15 or something is different price. Complex for mums who have transferred.

Best solution is for lili to find a mummy here to replace her since she cannot make it. It's the responsible thing to do. Just my personal opinion.

no, u misunderstood me leh... i know it is unfair to everyone, but honestly, it is a problem u may like to resolve... we are trying to help, but i am just suggesting that you may have to think about the worse case...no one is cursing and swearing or blacklisting u... just that all arrangements made and it is diificult... at work when something like this happen, would you just let ur bosses handle this situation or you handle it but you will make an effort to let your boss know but prepare for the worse?

3. find another mummy to replace u
