Juz Us - My MIL bot for me pre-packed herbs for bathing from those Chinese medical halls. Not too ex I think. You put in a pot or huge kettle to boil, and transfer to a tub for you to shower with the water lor. Usually got instructions on the packet one.

Ruffles... my gynae say even c-sec also must do GBS. In case water bag burst or dilation occur before c-sec happen. The bacteria will have chance to affect the baby. So GBS is a must as per my Gynae lah.

JuzUs - Ya most medical halls hve it. It works like a bag for bak kut teh one ..hhaha.. 1 pack for 1 bath (shower body and wash hair). Dunno abt you, but I will prob rinse off with warm water after washing myself with the herbs. Cant imagine the smell and dunno if sticky or not. Then quickly blow dry hair lor (even if CL or mum dun allow me to wash hair..hahha)

Breast milk will slowly come in within the next few days after we delivered. Before that, you will notice some liquid flowing out from your nipples which is the colostrum. Colostrum is very good for bb with jaundice. Just give whatever you have to your bb. That time I din know colostrum is good for jaundice and I threw it away until my fren told me! I also supplemented my boy with fm cos I din have enough bm for the first few days.</font>

just got home from gynae appt.. noti boy in BREECH... at 36weeks. gynae says 5% chance of him turning... die liaoz.. i sian more than half.

this boy is not co-operative at all...

anyone got contact of massage lady who can help to massage to turn the position?!?!
