i had stopped taking the diet pills once i found out i got baby

n if i going to BF, I oso dun dare take those pills again

scared passed the chemicals to baby.

I will use my determination, willpower, watever...n go do some exercise!

n hopefully breastfeeding can help me lose weight faster!

i oreadi tell my mum not to cook too much for me during confinement. my parents always cook a lot...coz i think they heartpain we working n always eat junk food outside. haha

waa...now i working can hear thunder roaring... sky super dark man!

maybe u wanna stop taking calcium pills for sometime? continuing to take the pills will not help ur piles problem... i get constipated when i take the calcium pills... and i stopped taking the pills, and instead up my intake of milk and calcium rich food to replenish my nutrients instead... im not even on multivits now.. so u can imagine, how heaty i am too...

issue for me though is wondering if my bb is getting enough nutrients or not, since i aint on any pills.... hmmmm

I guess as long as your bb is growing well and mummy is eating a balance diet, bb should be getting enough nutrients bah. Did you gynae know that you have stopped taking the multivits?

For me, I dont take calcium pill cos the heatiness of the multivits alone can already give me serious constipation. So my gynae told me to take the multivits on alternate days and also drink plenty of water (2.5litres) everyday.</font>

When I on my lights, the beast is small not long in shape and brown in colour leh. So should be cockroach loh. Eew!!!! I am still thinking about the feeling of its legs on mine. Eew!!!

My coll just mentioned hor, smelly = old cockroach. Whahahaha... Dont know how true. I am quite tempted to get my hubby to move the bed to find the beast. But my mum mentioned before that we cannot move our bed while I am preggers. SO i also dunno how.

Bo bian leh... Damn scared leh. I think if pple see us, they wld think that we are dancing in the middle of the night. Kekeke... Tink my hubby wanted me to get off his back and let him sleep peacefully so say things like "dont scared, I protect u" and doze off. Grrr... When he woke me up this morning, I put my legs up at once and he quickly assured that no cockroach to be seen.

Bloody hell, if I saw the beast this morning when I am awake, no matter how scared I am, I will make sure I use something else, not my bare hands to crush it to pieces so that I can have a piece of mind. Hahahaha...

I get blood in my stools sometimes too. But I link to my previous case of piles. So once I got that, I will drink more water and cut down on heaty food.

I'm thinking how should i prepare my boy to welcome his meimei in Oct. Giving me headache! My boy is a mummy's boy and is super attached to me. I have to coax him to sleep every night. how old is your boy? my gal same here too. she is 22 months. superglued to me all day. always hv to carry her like a baby until my arm's muscles ache so much like it's going to drop off. she is 12kg. i also sprained my ankle yesterday and suffers from sciatica now due to carrying her whole day. :-(

oh.. no no.. my gynae didnt prescribe any vits for me... he is more of those who is promoting us to get nutrients from our food intake instead of taking supplements.. he didnt want me to take the calcium pill either, but i got cramps the last time, so i took from the nurse..

maybe u check with ur gynae since u r getting blood in ur poo, and shd actually stop leh... hehe.. my gynae prefer me not to eat supplements ah... our gynaes opposite of each other...
