6am - BM
9am - BM
11am - Breakfast: Cereals/cheese with bread/waffles with fruit puree
12pm - bath then nap
2pm - lunch: porridge (4 tbs of rice grains, 1 meat or fish, tofu or egg yolk and vege) The meat will be either pork, chicken or beef. Tofu and egg are protein food too.
4pm - BM and snack or fruit puree
7pm - dinner (same as lunch cos I will cook 2 portions)
9pm - BM

My PD told me that for breastfed babies, after 6 months, our milk lacks iron. We need to make up for it through fortified commercial cereals and other iron rich foods.

All cod fish are frozen in Singapore. No such thing as fresh cod. If the fishmonger tells you it's fresh, he's lying. It has been thawed for consumer's convenience.

Instead of promfret give threadfin cos the bones of threadfin are big and few (fillet) so it's easy to pick out and safer for baby in this sense.
Salmon is freshwater fish so shouldn't have high mercury content. Only deep sea fish have higher levels of mercury content but everything in moderation.
