Hello everyone !

Very excited about the party. Thanks for organising and booking the venue - Vern, Jen and Vone ! So fast, another Christmas gathering and we are still together !

I can volunteer to do catering plus collecting money. May I suggest the money to be collected for both food and t-shirt before we order both? Will give a cut off date for payment and then proceed to order the t-shirts with celyn. Any violent objections?

I am suggesting E creative. I used them for Adel's party. Have to put a disclaimer first that I can't please everyone where the type of food is concerned, but will ensure I get the best in the menu.

I will discuss the menu with Vern and Jen as representatives? Or would someone else like to take to be in the food choosing committee?

t-shirts:
we will have a 15% for the t-shirts and free delivery. design for boy and girl are as posted in the web. no other design.

are we going to let the kids wear the t-shirts during the party? if yes, any mummies need to have the t-shirt washed before wearing? please voice out if your need the t-shirt to be washed before wearing cos it will affect the delivery date when i talked to the seller.

can all mummies who are interested, please state your sizes beside your name by sat (7 nov), 11am. i know some mummies are not very active in the forum, other mummies who are in contact with them, please help to inform each other to check the thread in order not to miss this. timing is a bit tight cos we need to give time for the seller to check on the sizes and also sew them for us.

Size and measurement (in cm):

Size 2: W=32, L=39, maximum 8 letters
Size 3: W=35, L=43, maximum 8 letters
Size 4: W=38, L=45, maximum 10 letters
Size 5: W=39, L=49, maximum 10 letters

** Width of the shirt is from left armpit to right armpit.
** Length of the shirt is from outer shoulder to the edge of the shirt.

as for adult sizes and also sizes for bigger children like rona's, need to wait for seller reply.

no problem. yah, supposed to buy bigger size lah. size 2 is already bigger size for yu ze cos his current t-shirt is only 26cm width and 30cm length.

wrapping wise... I can do paper bag style n then u just put them into it? simple n maybe if u want to hv ribbon or deco on it, also faster? wat do u think?

or can get those ready made ones too. if in bulk, might be cheaper.

I am thinking get those transparent type, so the names will be shown and then dun hv to write the name on the wrapping again. will be nice when all are wrapped and can take picture.
