there are basically 2 ways to monitor movements, 10 movements in 2 hours are for those very active babies. Or 10 sets of movements in 12 hours. (I think dont make sense for 24 hours cos we need to sleep)
eg .. move , move, move .. rest ... move, move, move .. rest ..
If you are told to monitor in 2 hours period, then this is 6 movements.
If you are told to monitor sets of movements then this is considered as 2 sets of movements.
