unfortunately, yes... from now on, i have to watch what i eat.. stick to low-sugar, low-fat, non-oily and high fibre foods. space out my meals, that is, breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-supper. snack = 1 piece wholemeal bread/3 multi-grained biscuits with skimmed milk. portion of rice = small soup bowl. must cut down if taking potato cos of carbo intake. for fruits such as grapes, cannot more than 10 at one go. more or less can forget abt eating ice-cream, durian.. trust me, it's highly depressing... =(
