Thanks Happie for your kind words...gynae did mention that pregnancy might not be good cos u/s said the sac is only 5 weeks while basing on LMP it should be 7 weeks with fetal pole and yolk sac seen....

partly i feel guilty for eating the "liang" stuff (not sure scientifically there is connection) like grass jelly and watermelon

Let's see what the u/s see in 10 days....

ya...thinking of signing up for the prenatal yoga ...i have been so tired for the past 3-4 weeks i dun have energy to excercise..actually i dun even have energy to go out...

last nite ...i puked again..n i think it gets worse at nights...its all acid water..to a point i think i vomiting blood le...so scary..the acid water already brownish red..i think must have hurt the throat or something...just this morning...i had breakfast...finished bf, puke the drinks i had..

...
so afraid of nite time now...the puking is continunous for several hours...sigh...

U r welcome stileto, but since its only a 2 weeks difference, mayb u really had a late ovulation plus the bb is growin slow..
Most imptly is to take gd care of yrself now.. dun skip yr meals n try to avoid the "liang" stuff ( i oso not sure if its true ) but my hubby n mum has forbidden me to eat any "liang" stuff.

I am interested in the prenatal yoga as well, so let me know cos I am quite keen to maintain properly since I din lose the excess from the last preggie

I say..lets give ourselves 3 cheers for all the vomiting, lack of sleep, tiredness, no appetite etc that we are suffering becos of our lil' bb....life can be tough isnt it but luckili we can find comfort among this group for which I am thankful for..

Was on leave last Fri to celebrate my gal’s 4th birthday.
Talking abt pre-antenatal classes, I attended Mrs Wong’s class for my 1st pregnancy and find it quite detailed especially the breathing techniques. But this time rd, won’t attend again although I can’t really rbr much liao coz hb very bz, dun think he has time to attend w me.

As for the Oscars Test or DS tests, I very KS, I will follow whatever the gynae suggests.

I’m interested in the prenantal yoga too if it is in a convenient location.

I used to attend pre-natal yoga in Birth&amp;Beyond, but its location and timing is abit inconvenient. More for non-working tai tai. Heard from my friend that True Yoga also running pre-natal yoga.

Yalor, can really tell the difference in my own physcial condition for 1st and 2nd pregnancy...1st one was so energetic whereas this time rd, always so tired leh...hate it man...hb oso can tell the difference lor.

without kids can go anywhere and till whatever timing we like...just in New Year's eve we stayed at my friend's pl till past 12mn and our gal is with us...was telling hb it is the 1st time we stayed out so late since the birth of my gal man...hahaha...not that I miss late nights lah...was surprised my gal was ok coz she normally goes to bed at 9pm.

I stayed at my mom's pl in central on weekdays and weekends we go back to our pl in the west and my gal's class is at funan ctr.

Hi everyone, have been busy at work and this thread is moving too fast for me to catch up.

Welcome the new comers and congrats!

Rat, please update for me, zone = North East and I am turning 33 this year.

I have been putting on 2 kgs by 8 weeks!! can't really help it, appetite is super good. But I tell myselt must control this time, dont put on too much this time round. I have been going for walk in the late evening for 45 minuts to 1 hour, today seem like has lessen 1 kg. I find that after walking I feel more energetic and not so tiring.

I tried the prenatal yoga before, find it didnt really work for me. Also the breathing techniques, they just didn't work for me and for my first pregnancy, I tried to go without epidural but in the end I just couldn't stand the pain and asked for it, after suffering the pain for 11 hours!! silly me.

rat, my appt with dr adrian was...ok lah. as expected, he talked very fast and gave me the feeling that he was very bo chap.

i think we'll prob go with him out of convenience and affordability.

does anyone know if i can get my $$$ refunded when i sign up package after my 3rd or 4th visit? i dunno if i want to sign up for package so soon. receptionist did say if i sign up package during my next visit, the $160+++ i paid will be refunded.

this thread moving so fast.. welcome all the new MTBs.

started full force of work last wed n hardly have time to visit the thread. some more still feel unwell so can only do limited things each day. on mc today as suddenly felt unwell last midnight n puked twice. after that cant sleep well.
this preg MS seem same for wks. din really get more serious. felt like a sick person for weeks already n still cant eat well. the thought of food put me off. tot i will gain wt over past 2 wks but din. waiting for ms to go away. hopefully end of this wk MS will say bye bye to me since will me 10wks then. really longing to live normally again! mayb becoz din eat much tummy still din show much yet despite this is my 2nd preg.

talking abt breastfeed, i total breastfeed my son till 1yr old. after that continued to breastfeed him till 2yr+. he likes breasts n breast milk a lot. hopefully for this preg can breast feed till bb is 1yr old.
