Back. Finished with washing bottles, put clothes into laundry, bathe Kai, feed him, each my brunch and now, pumping. All in 2 hours!
Think i am getting better by the day but well, that's not my goal. Waiting and waiting for my maid's return - neck vv long liao.
2 more weeks .... hopefully no external factors will come in.
Kai. He's playing on the bed now ... he has a new stunt, nodding his head. Most of the time he'll shake his head like No no no ... now he's started with nodding head like Yes yes yes ... so cute

Hi mummies !
Adel is in infant care at this moment. Brought him to the doc today and she said his flu not serious, will not cause threat to others so decided to give him induction to the centre.
Adel has also got 2 teeth growing liao ! Turns cranky at times. So what are the other signs to watch out for??
By the way, how do we introduce veges to babies ? puree carrots ? steam then mash? I know you guys hv been talking about it, but very hard to catch with so many messages. Can someone pls teach me again? What to intro?

Just steam and mash. SO far i've only intro pumpkin and some other veg which is put into the porridge (sorry, duno the name of the veg, cos my dad did the marketing and my mum cooked the porridge).
Else like some other mummies, they use the blender to make into puree? For this method, not sure if need to steam 1st before blending.
Mb timminbuzz can comment on the puree method since she does it quite often.

bernice seems to like broccoli on it's own. was very surprised cos hb just tried to give her some mashed broccoli and she happily ate them. Mixed in the porridge and she seem to be eating slower. hahaha.

bernice recently when she cry she will look at me and cry "mama...mmmm ma" .. dono is it she calling me or she practising her M syllabus. very cute. will upload the video soon

ya, lor, i think he scared i run off so quickly got engaged to me and then marry me.. haha.. no la, we just thot we are right for each other so why not settle down. plus we both get along ok with our in-laws. although i do not miss the singlehood days but i do miss having more financial freedom.
eh, actually i thot it was common cos few of my frens also got married between 22-24 years old.

this morning bought yu ze for his reflux scan. he is so poor thing, keep crying throughout. i think he cry not cos of the pain, more of the restriction. he was tie to something to hold him for the scan machine to scan his bladder. i was inside holding on to his hands. see him cry till like that, i was cry with him. so heartpain.

The mashed pumpkin is to go w the fish porridge. Cos the fish porridge abit fishy, so initially had to mix w pumpkin to trick her into eating the porridge.
Now think she's better alrdy. Can take the porridge without pumpkin.

your bb can eat so much cereal after 210ml of milk? i'm contemplating moving jonah's solids closer to milk time coz' now i find myself feeding him every 2 hours in the afternoon. he doesn't get much chance to sleep like that. recently i tried feeding him solids 1 hour after milk. he can still eat and finish all but not so excited and hungry. still doing trial and error to see w/c arrangement is best. i'm hoping to intro one more solid feed in the morning coz' he tends to sleep a lot then but i feel breakfast is very impt. would rather feed more during the day than at night.

If I feed solid after milk sometimes bb still feel full and refuse but I'm oso trying to find out good schedule lehh cos she naps 3 x a day
If ur bb looks ok them mayb fine lor... very good appetite uh.. my bb til now still need to see her mood.. but dont think she even get close to 5 tblsp n she's reaching 7 mo soon leh..

If I feed solid after milk sometimes bb still feel full and refuse but I'm oso trying to find out good schedule lehh cos she naps 3 x a day
feeding cereal.
today i failed feeding cereal to Kai, last 2 days was too busy and oso din feed him.
he woke up at ard 4pm and then i go and remind him "it's time for milk milk?" and he started wailing.
i quickly prepare his cereal and warm his EBM ... and he oredi started crying. attempted to feed him but he kept crying so i gave him his milk first. After that tried again but he oso crying and ended up giving him water instead.
Now he is ok. It seems that 200ml of milk is oredi not enough for him. He sure is a big drinker.
