Flanges are the funnel things that you put on your nnp to pump out the milk la.

I m lucky, my coy nursing room got steriliser, got pump, got lockers to store stuff, got freezer/fridge. So I am done within 20mins max! The colleague mummies sharing the nursing room also v zi tong, see sterilised flanges in the steriliser, will help to take out and put in other mummy's box near to the sink. So even though pump 4x a day in office (bcz Cedric turned fm Toyota Vios to milk-guzzling SUV over the last month), total elapsed time away fm desk is just 2 hours max.

bwahaha, i din realise that Cedric's ears kena pulled by Ethan, until do1nk showed the pix.... Gordon's ears too, do1nk! super funny la, these bb boys

Poppy is sleepy but it’s her feed time too. But she’s not really asking for it even though last feed was at 1030am. She’s just happily sucking on her chup chup, eyes half closed. Just now I stood up to check on her and she opened her eyes BING! So big. So staring competition and I had to pretend to be statue in case any movement might excite her and make her think she’s got reason to get up and play :|

Err.. I was just introduced to it by dear Fiona last nite, and only bought 1x diaper pouch (for Ethan), 1x pencil case (for my niece) and 4 sets of towel (for my 4 nephews) who just made it to the school swim team, so thought they could use a personalised towel set! no idea of the quality tho, but from the website, looks pretty good!

As to t-shirts/rompers, Fiona can advise?

when they are 6mths old.. lesser chance of food allergy.. so its been in my kitchen cabinet

This is breast flange. Yep, it is oily but as long as not contaminated with bacteria, should be safe to be used?

I never wash and sterilised my pump since I returned back to work.

Im also like you loh, very possessive and wants everything to be done my way so it becomes no matter how good that person is, I still can way to grumble. If your helper seldom repeats mistakes after your advise then its very good cos from what I knw, helpers are always super forgettful. My friend says hers is driving her bananas cos of forgetfulness.

Should be safe right? Tempted.. coz these painful wrists are really getting to me! They even hurt when I stir my coffee!!

thanks for your concern. i went to parentcraft on tues. alas, after 10-15mins of massage on that lump by two LC, the big lump still refused to go!

they told me that its probably infected and asked me to see my gynae for antibiotic. my gynae's clinic (ACJ clinic) is just next door. was having fever at 38 and gynae referred me to a breast specialist. was so scared the whole of yesterday (scared i kena breast cancer. ;p) went to the specialist this morning and she did a ultrascan and the lump is really infected and also spotted another lump on the right breast and one cyst on the left. i was like "why so many lumps and cyst one?!" to which she replied "its actually quite common for lactating mommies" haiz. was advised to continue taking the antibiotics and follow up visit on friday. *praying hard now* spent ard $400 for just 2 days!

oh ya, baby jonas didnt manage to join in the grp pic coz my helper was feeding him. hehe. in the car, hubby said we can photoshop him into the pic. lol. but i saw from FB that u or ur hubby managed to capture him in 1-2 pics. thanks ah.

Today my left nnp very very pain.. but no lumps.. only when pressed it feels like muscle ache.. and supply dipped. Very sad...

anyway, wait till our babies start on rice cereal.. heh heh heh, we will start to complain back ache, shoulder ache cos their weight will shoot up.. my mom said so...
