morning mummies, my little one love bun, bread, plain or w filing but we try not to give those which are too sweet.. he likes cake too.. everyday i go home will get him some bread.. now when we dine outside will give him a bit of everything.. bee hoon, noodle, rice.. etc i always bring a small scissor to cut those big pcs food, for rice i will add soup to it.. but e main diet is still cereal porridge, mee sua at home..

thanks for sharing charlotte's meal ideas. urs sound a lot more exciting than mine. i only give 2 to 3 combo and for veg i only give spinach, brocoli and cai xin. guess its time to intro more variety.

haha, my neice when she was younger also liked listening to the hokkien songs on tv. soon they will be able to sing along..kids nowadays really pick up things very fast. just like charlotte is starting to sing.

When i am sick 2 week ago, the first day when AH1N1 do not have to be tested and no more quarantined.. i hv high fever and sorethroat but not tested.. doc jux advise me to wear mask if need to be with baby.. lots of rest and med will helps to recover...</font></font>

Few days back i go to ZTP and ask for med to clear phelgm for adult. The lady recommended me dong chong cao pill. She said if lower grade version is coughing syrup. I bought it for my hubby as he had been coughing w phelgm for sometimes liao. He just started taken over the weekend, but not too sure whether got improvement or not coz din get to see him as he's working nite shift.
Btw i always tot hou ning is more for kids?! Maybe i mountain tortoise. hehe...

alternatively u can go to EYS and ask the lady to recommend. Coz last round when i was there, i saw lot of med for coughing and phelgm. The lady will ask few qn and recommend the most suitable type for you de.

I'm not too sure oso leh. But it give me an impression hou ning is for kids lor coz everytime go chinese med hall, when said is for adult, they nvr recommend hou ning, but when said is for kids, then they recommend hou ning. Thats the reason why i had this mindset that hou ning is for kid. hehe...
But i think maybe diff dosage will work well for adult too kua. But hor, EYS one tube oredy $66 leh, then for one course need to take 3 tubes. This is the dosage for kids. Imagine for adult the dosage sure much much more, then $$ oso WOW! *faint*</font>
