aiyah don't talk about IT show, I'm already very upset. i'm a gadget freak and missing IT show is like a big sin to me.. *sob sob* i feel so sian already. thinking of upgrading my current system. only during IT show we can get more freebies or more discount.

do you know that for experienced masseuses, you can start immediately, regardless of whether u c-sect or not? i was told that that the jamu wrap can still be done, they will just wrap on top of the c-sect scars. of course they won't cover the scars. and actually u have to start the message as soon as possible for increased effectiveness. not delay. your body will start to revert back to its pre-pregnancy state right after delivery; when u're breastfeeding, u can feel the contraction pain, means your uterus is already trying to shrink back. i learnt from my past experience and stick by the above. so far, at day 13 post-partum, i only have to lose 1kg for me to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. think this is easily achievable. it's also b'cos i'm on total breastfeeding. my tummy is already flat. flatter than before. so happy with the result. sometimes the masseuse can only advise but its your own discipline that counts. just a tip i'm sharing with all.

I am into my third day of massage....tmr is 4th....i was counting down to end of massage...i like the massage alot..but i hate the wrap...usu for my first 2 birth i will take out end of day...this rd i changed massage lady...n i m determined to take out only before the massage lady cme again...but the jamu wrap is making me so frustrated....that 1st nite i took out at 8pm....2nd nite, 1am.....today.....i hoped i can make it till morning...i requested her not to give me jamu wrap..just wrap....too buay tahan the itch plus the tightness....now minus itch..tight till i cant breathe....to be pretty really no easy...

u mean we can do massage right after birth....but i did it abt 4 days after i give birth when she press on uterus, it hurts badly....n like wat kate said, the stitching wound hurts.....i guess is the tightness presssure making the wound below hurts....

i oso do mine on the 4th day cos 1st 3 days in ward mah. how long is your massage session? mine is 7 days and tomorrow is my last. my experience about the jamu wrap is exactly the same as yours. but so far, i persevered and tried to have it on all night till the next morning; that's when i took it out for shower. after shower, i applied her massage oil and used the Osim belt. i put on the belt lying down b'cos it binds tighter that way. result is that now my tummy is very flat. really back to my pre-preg figure. i can wear my old jeans once more! did u take any jamu to drink as well?

my bb is partial bf and partial fm. haha but i give her more fm now. my supply drops alot because i am too tired and lazy to pump out at night. i think sooner or later, she will be on tfm alrdy. too stressed with tbf plus step mil and hb grandma are not offering help at all. sighs. so this is the better way out for both myself and bb. i tried to be stuborn and force my way however, ended out with very bad PNB. now i am better alrdy.

i am also done with my massage long ago. now only left 3kg more to pre-pregnancy wt. agrees with the ladies here that jamu wrap sucks!! u only enjoys the massage the most. keke.
