hihi, mummies. First day back at work after 2 days of MC. So much work to clear, no time to check forum. 
Was hobbling at work today and one of my colleagues recommended her massage lady. Called this afternoon and tomorrow night can do massage liao. $40 per session. She also does post natal massage, so she was trying to 'jio' me for that but I want to try her pre natal massage first.
Xiaoyun, I'm too lazy to wake up early in the morning to wash and straighten hair so decided to do it at night. Asked hubby to use the straightening iron for me yesterday. Not bad but not very straight cos he did huge sections at one time. This morning, hair not as straight as last night but better than my usual bad hair day. Decided to do it myself slowly tonight after showering and separating hair in small sections. Looks quite straight now but will only know the results tomorrow.

me playing with my hair too!cos i cut it very short, chin length and it's been curling and sticking out in all directions. i bought the Hot Straight last weekend too..will try out tonight.

My gynae said if 2nd also C-section then she can use the 1st scar and later before sewing up the wound insert a injection to reduce the keloids scar. She said there's 1patient whom C-section wound is so fine until cannot seemed to find it. That's why gynae said depend on individual body reaction to surgery.

i vote either the japanese or thai set.
i like the japanese set - only concern is that the deep fried stuff will turn soggy since the food will have been prepared at least 1, 2 hours ahead of time (the breaded prawn and tempura fish).
so maybe the thai set more suitable?

You can also try Extreme Shine from the same Pro Vitamin Series. The difference is that this is a spray - the other one i mentioned earlier is a gel like serum that you need to use your hands and apply onto hair.

Oh, spray sounds better, can use after straightening hair. Actually, I used to apply Citre Shine too. Got a nice lemony smell, but only good for making hair shiny but doesn't make it straight.
Oh I see, I'll monitor and see if it's still there tomorrow. If still there then maybe it's really BB heading down.

i tried the Hot Straight last night and blow dry my hair before bed (cos no time to blow hair in morning ah). the ends were straight but the 'middle section'of my hair was 'too limp' and 'limpbeh' so ended up 'wavy' in a way...dunno if my description make sense to u? maybe it works best with iron straightener? i'll try with it and let u know...

ya try the pro vitamin - i loved it and used it a lot before i did a spa perm on my hair. for extreme shine - i will spary on toweled dry hair and just blow straight using normal hair dryer and the result is very good. so with your high end machine - am sure it will work too!
me also going mad...i told dor last night i have bought 133 face masks, 97 eye masks, 75 ampoules from BP recently. not to mention i am checking out slimming packages already to take advantage of the promotions =P

ya lesson learnt - must be organized. cos i stash the masks in different parts of the house (some in my toiletries drawer, some in my kitchen cupboard cos no more space in bedroom) and didn't keep track of how many i bought. so when i counted yesterday....almost fainted

i think it depends on individual ladies and salon. some pregnant ladies do it, some dun. when i was 4 months preggy i went to enquire at Jean Yip and was turned down. i think for the salons they may be more concerned about the potential hair loss or 'unexpected' hair results due to our changing hormones than 'side effects' to bb lah.
