Hmm...i didn't really get a gd chance to chat with the rest of the mummies at the bash cos #2 was cranky. The only comment i heard from most mummies was that #2 looked alike #1 & #2 eyes really big hor:p..heehee

Agreed that all kids had fun @ the bash but all mummies and daddies not happy with the service. Maybe if just go there and use the playscape only (not for party), then the place is fine bah.

In another 2 mths, #2 will turn 1YO. They really grow up too fast! He was cranky (u nvr see him screaming & crying at the cafe while i was trying to coax him sleep in the stroller leh) cos wanna sleep but can't go to sleep cos too much stimulation by the surroundings (noisy, music, pple talking away etc). Alas in the end, he still doze off while i carried him in my arms. Hey your hb very gd (patient) leh...i saw him carrying #2 to make him sleep? while you were busy with #1 in the playscape.

my knee is very weak. actually both are but the right one is so bad that i cannot squat, kneel down. just cannot bend my knees basically. i will limp with pain. and need to wear kneeguard most of the time.
that sunday at GGB i didnt wore kneeguard coz it was morning and i took pills every morning so mornings are mostly pain-free. come after lunch..the pain is super bad...

walao pixie wat is americano ? sim mi lai eh. hubby took camomile tea and fries. Total $10 plus my #1 entry $15 so total is $25... hehehe

did u try eating glucosamine ? it helps leh cos I cannot squat n kneel for a period, going down stairs are torture for me too. I took glucosamine from GNC and it works.

correct lor, im taking glucosamine, chondroitin, msm mixture - a more better form than just only glucosamine everyday mah. my post above says "i took pills every morning so mornings are mostly pain-free"
it has been a point where eat glucosamine oredi no use for my leg liao wor

Ya, my hubby always help me in taking care of #2, especially at home at night when I put #1 to sleep and he puts #2 to sleep. When outside, #1 prefers to stick to me so he jaga #2 loh. He is quite a caring father and adores his children. But sometimes due to work or he might surf net at home until #2 cries he also like lost in his world and never hear.

pixie, ur knee injury so bad, did the specilist ask u to do surgery? my friend knee also in beri bad pain until one fine day, she fell while dancing, so no choice went for surgery and took 3 mths to recover.

i never hurt my knee before but i think i strained it during confinement. i was lying on mattress while my boy was in the crib...so i think i had to get up many many times in a day so after confinement, my knee grew progressively weaker n weaker.
never rest enough during confinement, now bearing the brunt of it lor

i must do physio first. if physio doesnt helps in the end, the last resort is surgery
 
pixie, i heard pple say if u dint do ur confinement well for no.1, u can still 'bu' back ur body for no.2 confinement.

meantime, u juz do physio n take extra care... wait for nex child birth confinement to 'tiao' ur body!
 
I'm keen on gathering @ buangkok too! My colleague lives at The Quartz too. I can go and visit her. Hehe.. but when is the gathering ah? :p

Yes. Me quite fortunate. 前世修来的福. My face was beaming meh? ahahaha.. Thot I looked frustrated due to #2. So I just threw #2 to hubby and played with #1. Kekekeke... Bad mummy. That day at night, soooo pissed off with #2 until I ran out of house @ 10pm and only returned 1 hr later. Left the 2 kids with hubby. Needed a breather then...

i oso like comics. the CG is ok....it really mimics the comics coz its all slow motion when feng slash who, or yun hack who...like how you read from the comics. but the storyline is actually VERY short and they spend most of their time brooding ontop of hills (oso follow comics) and slashing pppl (oso follow comics) so that short storyline becomes a 2 hr movie.

aiya no wonder la.. both of us actually agreed not to have kids at all after marriage. but duno why and what happen we have 2 kids now... so we actually owe some debts in past life ya. hahhahaha

Yes, I heard people saying that too.

What's more important for us to realise is - 万世修得同床枕 - meaning it takes 10 thousands life cycles to have the 缘份 to be husband/wife, so we must really really appreciate this 缘份 and be kind to our spouse.

My cheeks are red coz of acne scars. Used to have very bad acne when young. Over the years, the scars lighten and turned into this light reddish tone. So people thot I put on blusher or shy or drunk. Hahahaha...

Expected lah. Coz the comics storyline too long and is quite draggy towards the final part. No way the show can cover all. Still want to watch the movie leh. :p

Your knee injured during confinement. I also never rested well for both of my confinement leh. Gosh, my SIL also said me why never rest but I very stubborn loh. Now I had bad shoulder pain every few days due to long hours of carrying my boy. Need to put SAlonpas but the pain will still come back.

either go for regular massage, or go acupuncture or go physio
last time my lower back hurts, seemed like i hurt the last few parts of the spine. cant even bend over to pull up my underwear...hohoho...and i recovered from physio ley

yours is shoulder pain while mine is back pain! Whenever i bend over (45deg) IF i carry R (put him on bed) or heavy things, my lower back like muscle tear, i can feel it & it's very painful. This only happened after i delivered #2. I think i've injured it during my confinement period while caring for R

i hardly run leh, i hate running amongst all the sports.
confinement la. u know first bb, i very kancheong. 1 day i get up from mattress on the floor got like 20-30times easily wor...during confinement's last 2 weeks the pain started liao...and it grew from there lor

honestly? i only know how to drink pao pao cha but dunno how to appreciate. i have to admit KOI's tea is nice, you can taste the "tea" in their contents. not like sweettalk - all sweet and tok nice nia :p :p but i still like my cup walker. their tea i can taste too but maybe im so used to the taste of that kind of tea versus KOI's tea taste.

and abt ur lower back - i had that too. xrays n all, nothing wrong with my spine/pelvic/back...they say muscle strain, i cant bend 45deg oso...physio helps leh. i recovered from physio. must take time to attend lor
