Fushiatar, I also asked the teacher, she also told me to buy the linking memory but she said can wait till I'll attended the homebased learning class. She said can make my own. aiyo i so lazy, i'll prob buy off the shelf. I was so mad with A, the whole time in class she wanted to play hide n seek with me!

Just now i was at Anchorpoint B1, i saw the Crocs having sale leh!!!!! Its like $27-$29 leh!! No need to do spree liao!!! But the designs and sizes might be limited... The shop sells kids clothings!!

MissA, din want to order from this site coz i dunno abt the shipping charges from US to SG (esp if the merchant packed items in big boxes!) But the other 2 UK url, they got int'l shipping charges (fixed) per order.

Cindy, i dunno what to say abt Claire's poo. Her poo seems not to be too dark, we feel that she might pass out all the hard stools but still need to monitor her!

Re: Hou Ning

From what I know, the hou ning from EYS is the pure type. But those from the medical shop is not 100% hou zou lor. I use to give my gal the hou zou last time. The effect seems to be slower than the EYS one.

They are having 20% next month. If you buy from T3, there's a further 7% off due to the GST rebate. Mummies who are interested might consider getting from there

errr... my colleague blur. she thinks i didnt want the hou ning anymore because i bringing Ash to the doctor so she never ask the medical shop.

aiyo... realised so many tods not well. Isaac last night got fever also - brought him to the PD and PD said that there is a tummy bug flying ard and it's air borne. So better wash yr tods hands and legs after go out.

His fever went up to 38.9C. coughing badly... when he was sleeping he was making the hmm....hmm.... as if in pain... see also poor thing. But woke him up for med, he will guai guai... take it and open his mouth for us...

U must do a mini confinement. And it will be good to drink DOM if u don't mind. Use those soup spoon and mix with hot water to dilute. I should do u good.

Dear mommies, can I ask those who have used both GooN and Nepia, which one is better? haha I only used GooN and now for Newborn diapers, don't know if i should stick to GooN or just order Nepia... hehe!

i got mine from the medical shop nearby and it was quite some time ago. maybe EYS is pure Hou Zhao that's why it worked miracles for babies/todds - and hence the price.

anyway, for us, we used is sparingly - only on occasions where C requires it so still have some left at home.

and it came in handy again last nite - had to add in to her milk feed before bed... coz earlier on when we were out at IMM, she cried buckets when i brot her along w me to the public toilet. she got so scared of the creeking sound of the stewpidly under-oiled toilet doors! each time some1 open/close the door next to my cubicle or opp, she will wailed and even wanted to climb away from me.

wah, so tough carrying her while trying to pee... but bo pian was super high-tide then.

and she she so poor thing when we came out of the cubicle and went to the wash basin, she was still sobbing and kept patting both her hands on her chest - signing she was scared... aiyoh, i should have just REN till hb was back from talking to the delivery guy at Giant! GRRRR....

sorry can't help much coz i used Drypers for NB previously. tried samples of GooN & Nepia but found that they leak.

maybe isolated case back then - suay suay that day my gal pee too much so both leaked. end up switched back to Drypers.
 
K@ye, i got no time to read thru the post...onlythe CROCS spree caught my eyes!! I wnt!but is that the webby for the best offer? i joined the 6pm SPREE and the shipping was scary cos they packed all the crocs in boxes.. when are u closing orders? pls wait for me

thanks! been busy cos my helper left in dec n the new one just arrived last week.so far so good.
I used Goon newborn and small for the day n pampers for the night. cos i change it quite often i didnt have any problem with leaking.

Trying to do a mini-confinement though it's kinda hard to. can't seem to stay in bed for too long. but i've been drinking the Fish Essence and aft 2 weeks then chicken essence, and some other chinese herbs stuff to bu3 back. (i think i got enough chicken essence to open a shop!) Bathing and eating as usual, except no seafood & chicken for now.
With a active 14mth old in the house..ha..i'm kinda glad i have lots of time to spend with her, at home though. Can't go out with her on my own for a long while cos i can't carry heavy stuff...like Eliza.

Piggy: Maybe u can try drinking the "Du Zhong Bu Yao Jing" to cure the backache.

Hou Ning: My auntie owns a Chinese Medical Hall. I can check with her during CNY when we meet. Not very close to them, so a bit paisei to call and ask. Also heard abt the quality of the product from normal CMH, so my MIL will insist to buy from EYS or at least some trusted CMH if it's to be given to the young for consumption.

Jovan hasn't been sleeping well in school for a long time. most days he can manage only ard 1hr of sleep.

mummies, grace is right. there's a much cheaper alternative to the exp $61 Hou Ning sold at EYS. u can get Hou Zao at any trusted chinese medicinal hall. Jovan tried before and it works. but i dunno if Hou Ning is same as Hou Zao.

Jovan had been having fever since last fri nite. tat's y we din go PDS class. wonder if we can go a makeup class?? he usually poos 1x everyday but he poo'ed 4x yday. we din go out during the weekend too. Jovan is still playful but he sticks to me like glue. keep stretching out his hands and say "mama, bao bao" whenever he sees me. i was carrying for the whole weekend! his fever went v high at nites 38.8 degree. got rashes on his body. hopefully it's not measles! going to see PD tonight.

Weather is xiao nowadays even the newspapers say we are having cool CNY!

I use Pampers Pull Up pants for Ash - it is good and doesnt leak.

Mummies - do your todd pui out his/her food when you are feeding them? Ash started to do this and i told him NO NO he still does it. And I stop feeding him and told nanny to discard the food. Another growing up phase? Hiaz.....

ASHM, bb A puis out her food as well. so irritating. there was once i so angry i gave her a light slap. from then on, she'll just leave the food in her mouth if she doesn't like it, but she doesn't swallow it as well. *faint*
 
gloomybear - same with Ash lah - i gave him 2 light slaps also but he just looked at me and still pui out!! OMG!!

usually ZY will only pui out if she has enuf, so far hvnt any particular food that she rejects.. a few times she is full and attempted to pui, i will immed scold her saying no and she will usually guai guai swallow it.

Sometimes, she deliberately touch/do things which she anticipates i will say no.. and u can see her cheeky smiling face.. haiz

She did the throwing tantrum thingy on the flr liao, but we ignore her.. ha

Arielle so lucky! I really dun dare to buy shoes w/o letting her try nowadays, so wont even think of buying 2 sizes up.
 
Gloomybear, so many pairs!!! Hehe, fashion training starts from young! :p

ASHM & Kat, i also lost my temper quite a few times when Claire pui her food by slapping her or whacking her little hand... Super heart pain after that.... But now, if she dun want to eat, she will push away the food or just shake her head. I will put aside the food and wait for her to be hungry and feed her again.

kittybride, accordingly to EYS, cannot mix hou ning into their milk and must have at least 30 mins interval before they take hou ning. Since hou zhao is the ingriedient, not sure whether it can be mixed into the milk. just happen to see ur post, so just sharing.hope u dun mind

today i kiasu & kiasi, early morning went for to Gleneagles to do the xray, initially doctor said nothing serious but i insisted on the xray. Luckily no broken ribs anything just ask me take painkiller. end up i went to TCM check and massage if not now i cant really sit. so sad.
 
k@ye, croc spree still on. last week i saw the croc sale at queensway shopping centre.. $29 per pair. limited design tho..

same same wif C lately, she dun really PUI out the food but will turn her head away and with both hands flipping or pushing the spoon then GRUMBLES aloud! sometimes to the extend of attempt to cry in protest.
we'll just ask if she's 'bao bao' (full) oredi and she will pat her stomach then we'll let her off from the dining table.

but her fake cry/scream usually will end up with daddy scolding her or me giving her the STERN look and with a STERN voice asking her to STOP. seems like she's testing our patience quite a bit lately... sigh!

Aiya, like Kat say lor, dun dare to buy shoes for Claire w/o trying. That day, i let Claire try on the Dora Explorer Crocs, she was walking so happily & fast in it(tried it on at World of Sports)!

Btw, i m eating my words also... My hubby just reminded me that i made this statement b4, "Die die also wont let my kids wear Crocs coz its so UGLY!!!" But after seeing Claire walking so happy & fast... Opinions changed...

personally i also wont wanna buy one - so i hope i wont be the next one eating my words! Also, i witness an adult wearing some version of the crocs and get stuck @ the escalator, apparently the back of her strap somehow got "sucked into" the escalator while descending, lucky thing is, she is not hurt.

My G can shake hand with your A. Dunno why he doesn't seem to have good appetite lately and halfway through his meal he will pui out his food. So frustrating! Usually I will smack his hands but he is not afraid and continue to pui..sigh. Hope it's just a passing phase again. Yesterday just weighed him and he has lost 0.2kg..

Poissons - The 2 boys can shake hand this sat liao.... Ya, smack their hands, light slap or yell at them dont seem to work on them ANYMORE! Boys more naughty???

Weight - My MIL saw him last Sun and said he lost weight. I told her i ever thought of letting him eat mashed potato and meat everyday to make him pui pui!hahaha...just kidding!

Back Pain - Piggy, I have been having it for the past 2, 3 weeks. Went to do X-ray, seen the orthopaedic, done TCM accupuncture and also chiropractic treatments. Conclusion is bad seating posture and no exercise! Am seeing the chiropractor 3 times this week before my flight to Paris on Sun

about pui-ing food out .... mine doesn't do that. BUT she has a bad habit...she will chew the food, then put her fingers and take out the food and play with it.

so messy!!!! scold her, beat her hand also still doing it. then i realise it's her way of telling me she dun want to eat already! aiyo. so angry with her sometimes...cos i have been teaching her to sign "bao bao" by patting her tummy, and she use to do it leh...now she prefers to play with her food to signify she's full! hope she goes back to patting her tummy.

this morning went to the playdays trial with poochi/hazel. muz say it is indeed quite fun! a pity cannot sign kaira up. but she really knocked out after the class ;)

crocs -- k@ye, i love them leh....hehehe...they are very comfy for big-footed ones like me :p think next time when kaira is older she has to wear them too cos she's quite broad feet like the mum!
