Wah! So many mummies interested in Playdays! I better ask them to offer me some introduction fees for recommending them to the forum. kekeke...Tell you all what. How many are signing up? Maybe we can negotiate for group discount? =P

Gelyn: I just went to try the Tumble Tots on sat for the Gymbabe.. It was not that good as I expected compared to MyGym.
Tumble Tots:

k@ye: haha...he has 2 actually. One who lives in our block and another he sees every wk at church. He even "knows" her name! I ask him, Where is XXX? and he will run around and find her much to her mother's amusement. Now she has started to smile at him. She's very pretty!!! =)))

yes! G can hi-five with ethan...he can't seem to play with himself for long, once i'm (or hubby) is out of sight, he will cry buckets. so for the long wkend, when i'm busy in the kitchen, hubby will play with him in the hall, when hubby is busy, I will have to play with him instead. And he doesn't like to be in his walker anymore, preferred to crawl, so it's super shiong. Yday he just managed to stand unassisted for a while, a little improvement...haha..but still sloooow.

I realised that i can eat more now coz i need more energy to run after Claire.... No joke when u tried to carry a 10kg toddler who is struggling with u (coz she wants to get down on the floor!)

Poissons: I really don't know how you do it. If I didn't have my helper, I think I will peng san a long time ago! =P Crawling is good! Is G cruising on furniture already? He'll be walking in no time, then you really want them to go back to crawling. haha. Now, its so difficult to "con" Ethan to go where I want him to go. Sometimes, he purposely walks the other way with a cheeky smile. So notti ah...haha
pig07: Good job! try to wean her off slowly. My boy refuses to drink unless its NUK Latex, wide neck. Tried the tall NUK teat and he stopped drinking after a while. I can't imagine number 2. Glad you're handling things well. More photos of Kicia please!

Yup, he's cruising on furniture now, esp the TV console, we have to pull him away everytime when the TV is on, cos he tends to watch the TV while cruising, bad for the eyes! I just bought him a bumper mat, throw all his toys there to keep him entertained. When he's tired of those stuff, he will attempt to crawl all over the house and we will have to play catching with him...that's the most tiring part. Good for slimming..hehe..

poissons:: travis also still crawling la. don't be stressed! my mom says they're prob just waiting for an auspicious date to start to WALK! hehe
travis also likes to go to the TV set, so each time he goes there, we switch off the TV, then he'll be like oh, what happened haha!!
And michviv:: same lohs travis sticks to me like glue i can't even go anywhere out of his sight! sian man. ahaha!! btw, playdays just called me!

cindy, poisson, tho A is walking already, she insisted that I put her in her walker on Sun! We have already collapse it and was looking for pple to give it to, then she sort of climb into it herself and insisted that i open for her. Last 2 days she walked ard sitting in it!!

yup, think is the same for all babies... err, toddlers at this stage lor. my gal can't crawl and still no strength to pull herself up from sitting to standing position; so she will WAIL superloud till we can't stand her and have to pick her up or bring her up to 'standing' position, then she will cruise again or attempt to walk towards our direction. super tiring.
yesterday rained the whole day, lucky i managed to CON her to sleep for 2hrs each (AM & PM) so that hb can do his report & i can do my stuffs as well. otherwise, siao also... HB also bo chap sometimes, let her cruise by herself around the coffee table while he watch TV! that is his QUALITY time with her wor...grrr...

Cindy, poissons: Looks like babies like to walk in front of TVs. Ethan likes to walk near the screen too and stare at it. He also loves the remote controls and knows how to on the TV. One day, he passed the control to my MIL then showed her the action of how to point the remote and on the TV.
Playdays: Ok mummies, there is good news and bad news. Bad news is that I couldn't get them to waive the registration fees but the good news is that we can all fit in the same class cos some babies are moving up to the next level. YAY!
Nevertheless, you'll find your registration fees well spent cos your toddlers get a registration pack. =)

Pig, i think baby gals are more difficult to handle these days than baby boys! One thing good lah, they wont be that easily bullied!
Talking abt the Nuk teats, i remember in Mount A, they used the latex nuk teats for newborns... Claire totally rejected it when she is back home!

i agree wif u on the bigger appetite cos need more calories to handle the little rascal! Claire weighs over 10kg liao ah! Mine still at 9.3kg but already feel very heavy especially these few days super "nian" - somemore only want me to carry! Kinda glad now my in laws to help me out these few days..

better keep the walker away, think ZY only used it for 2~3 mths then we do away with it, just let her crawl and cruise. Now she will climb in her "school bus" and move by herself

i guess my in laws and me the same pattern. We juz let her cruise n crawl around the house, so she is quite independent when it comes to own play. But now she will come over to us when we read papers or book. Just hv to give her some attention and she will be ok - & happily play her other toys or pretend to read a book by flipping the book. But i guess a lot also depends on indiv baby temperament.

okok. dun worry. we have clarified with PDS and they have confirmed that next term will be a 9 week term. So there is NO LESSON this weekend. Phew! =P

My boy is also sick... he's down with mild HFMD. 1 ulcer in the mouth and 3 lesions on the palm.
