Ya la.. me not very tall..then very broad..after first preg heng i manage to lose back before i am preg again. else i tink surely more jiat lat.
i cant wait to go get my back, hand and leg rub.. feel so sore. it was jus on Monday that i went for back massage. Now i am on weekly foot massage.. but it's just those foot massage. Not the medicated type. I will definitely go to one after i deliver plus when bf-ing is done.

now i hve weekly foot massage. The person didnt want to do back/shoulder massage for me. Probably cos they dont specialise in massaging for pregnant ladies. Only last week that i found another place whereby the person whom is willing to massage my back for me. Heavens!!
Is there any advantage of doing foot massage after delivery? i did realise that my calf is very sore for the 1 month confinement period. And i can feel my knee click clock away when i go down the steps.
The foot massage done after delivery one will use oil on the feet or not? If i am in hospital, i rather not use oil..very hard to wash off lei.

Today Eliza took a late nap till 11am-1pm, after that she can't sleep till 630pm. Then my mil woke her up at 8pm, say after that wake up in the middle of the night to disturb me. and she couldn't zz till like now..keep wanting to go out to play and will cry when we bring her into the room.
are babies this age whiny? Eliza's quite whiny when she doesn't get what she wants. a lot more this few days, sometimes cry bucket of tears till we give in to her or give her something novel. mayb it's her flu-ey nose but i'm wondering if it's juz her or is it a passing phase?

skye, hope eliza sleeps better tmr. mebbe it was one of those days for her..... kaira does that some times too ..... there were a couple of days when her naps were not usual as well, then it went back to normal ... hope that is the case for eliza! but definitely she's napping less in the day on a whole now.

Cindy, Claire weights 9.8kg and i hv no strength to carry her for long!
Just wanna complain, my in laws came to visit us on Wed and they let Claire played with their mobile phone. So, i told Claire that she can't play with that. They still dun get the hint and continue to let her play. They only stopped till i spoke to Claire in a severe tone.
My FIL has the cheek to tell me that Claire is so smart to input numbers! Nvm, later i told my MIL that i dun let Claire played with our mobile phone so that it wont be a bad habit. U know what my MIL says,"Ya, but its ok to let her play with it for a while!"
I stopped short of telling her, "No wonder, my elder SIL kids are so spoilt brats coz its your doing!"

wat u describe abt Kaira on her drinking routine is exactly like ZY! Which is why i am so mad at her spitting out the water after drinking fr straw and stickiing hand into cup that i alternated it with beaker!

it did happen to me sometimes when we are out for too long and missed her nap time, and she will just take 1 long nap, but usually will hv to sleep earlier that nite, and might cry out a few times at nite, but will be ok the next day. So dun worry too much. In a few mths time, our baby shld only take 1 nap anyway.

i am the bad one who introduces thing like "touch yr head" and now ZY goes hitting her head with both her hands.. haha. I think it shld be fine at least she knows where her head is

thot of getting them as party gift coz i dun hv any 'programs' for kids coming to my gal's bday party... so boring lor.
now sorting out the party pack items and thot of adding one item for them to play - the kids coming to the party ranges from 19m to 13y/o.
anyone bot before? roughly how much they sell in packs of xx??

As for kiros' party.. things are quite firmed liao.. now i am thinking of getting a photographer to do the shoots on tat day lei. I know i wont hve time to take pics for frens and relatives one.. but just realised that the friend photographer I used for my ROM and my nephew's 1st bday is out of town..
ANyone has contact for photographer? Dont have to be those professional ones. no need touch ups also. I just needed someone to help me with the photo taking for the 4 hour thingy.

catherine: depends on the catering food. Some have big portion, then hor u don't need to order exact e.g. order 80% should be sufficient. Some caterer have very small portion, then have to order to the exact no of pple wor.
pig07: I did a calculate does it mean that when yr 1st bb is 5 months then you are pregnant already? If yes, must be very tough on you hor. As I find that now also a bit tough especially when my bb is teething or fussy, I can't help hub.

A point to note, those who ordered from Jack's pl catering. Their portion is just right, will suggest to cater for 90% of the guest list if your guests can really eat!
Plim, the 3 shops at Bugis got the same opening & closing time one lah...
Rachel, Claire also gag one if the solid food she dislike or too dry or not warm enough... I dunno y she is such a PICKY eater at such a young age!

Fortunate for me is that I am putting up at my parent's place with help from them and maids.. They carry Kiros more and I am doing the night shift of night feeding and sleeping with Kiros.
If hor for me to carry Kiros for long hor, i tink i will pant also la.. maybe cos each time i carry is for a while nia and the maid will quickly come take over.

Ya you should be more firm in your decision like what k@ye mentioned. AT least show him that you are not to be trifled with. You shd also get him to pay 1/2 of the birthday expenses as its also his child.

me too immediately after I gave birth very poor memory so my mum suggested taking chicken essence now improving liao. Maybe you can consider. You can also boil some red dates and ginger tea add some brown suger drink during and after menses as it improves blood circulation so will not feel so tired as recommended by TCM.

yup, guess we're the lucky ones who dun hv MS. but this time round, i feel tired easily (maybe cos hv to take care of chloe) and can really zzz early - abt the same time as chloe's bedtime of 9pm! ahahaha...
my blk very old so there is no lift landing on each floor and mine, unfortunately still hv to take stairs to 1 floor down to take the lift. dats y i carry chloe instead of using stroller; else going up n down stairs lagi worst!

I tink will surely feel tired easily. Last time can maybe sleep undisturbed. Now will somehow be conscious that we hve the elder one next to us. And also didnt want to feel guilty, will also spend time and energy on the elder.

My sis contacted Grefio for inflation of the ballons. The charge like $2.50 per balloon. However not sure if its with condition that we must order balloons from them. We are looking at ordering the SKY WALKER (MICKEY & MINNIE) from Grefio. Thought will be fun to have them floating around the room.

i've stopped using the sling once i got the beco. but now mostly hb using it instead of me. i am maid lor, carry all the barang barang while hb only carry baby! hmmm!!
as for nanny, definitely going to CHANGE for my no. 2 coz i dun wana spent 3 years waking up early in the morning to cook porridge for my kid while the nanny just wait for us to bring food over to FEED only.
will probably send my gal to childcare and no. 2 to another nanny; hopefully one that stays around the same place or near the childcare; so just go 1 direction! need my MIL to ask around by end dec liao.

yup, it's our babes lunar BD tmr.
i'm only going to do a super small scale one just for the 3 of us - will be cooking mee sua and red eggs for chloe too! 1st time coloring the eggs, hopefully the color comes out just nice!

maybe you can paste small notices at the void deck area looking for nannies? But of course best would be known by yr mil or family.
If you ask me, i rather carry barang barang if really too tired. At least can be sure that barang barang wont squirm..hahaha..not so taxing.
My husband and I shared the same sentiments that babies are cutest when asleep..No fussing..no crying.. so angelic looking.. hahaha

My son used to poop daily…but I think these two three months change to alternate day and sometimes two days in a row never poop.
Like what you mummies, sometimes can poop till crying hard. So heartache.

Carry him away…worse, cry so hard machiam like I torture or beat him. Sigh…I really salute SAHM. I only took this week leave to take care of him already driving me CRAZY. Moreover, I am arranging his Birthday Celebration too.
