mummies, i am considering whether want to get some pull-up for Cailyn. Do we need pull-ups for the bb now? I have tried one sample from Drypers Pullup and it leaked during her nap. And pullups are more ex than normal ones. Worth to get it?

I also intend to change to Nan3 fr Nan2HA after ZY turns 1 yr old. Actually, during 7th mth PD visit, PD says she can actually drink Nan2 since she doesnt seem to hv any allergy but i juz KS lor since can get at a gd price.

i tried 1 free sample on my gal, but i hate it when the side of the butts got those marks leh. Its useful if yr bb is super uncooperative when comes to changing diaper, ie cant lie down for even a few sec! Definintely much more ex!

On infant care/ childcare, i also no choice became KS. I will be putting Claire on the waiting list at the childcare centre in Bedok (near to my Mum;s pl)

Really no joke, got to chop place after getting a call from the Toa Payoh NTUC childcare centre, they told me demand exceeds supply!!! And also our babies must be 18mths & 2 days off before they re eligible for childcare!

Cindy, the NTUC cc in Bedok is quite ok coz they dun hv air con and the kids there are happy. I always passed by it during my sch days and the children are quite happy there.

For cc i m not so particular, coz by then Claire will know how to express herself and seeing her personality, think she wont be that easily bullied.

Which pull-up brand is good? I really have no idea.

By the way, is any of your baby having growth spurt now. Mine seem to get hungry at two and half hours recently. But if I increase his milk increase, he can't finish.

Re: Rash in nappy area
Ethan has recently developed a rash around his nappy area. Not sure if its due to the diaper he's using. Am applying hydrocortisone already but its not really working. Am thinking that it may be due to the amount of water my boy drinks cos he hardly drinks any!!! Prefers to drink milk instead. sigh...

Can anyone comment on the average amount of water your baby drinks per day?

Gelyn, I know what you mean. the growth spurt phase comes and goes. If he's hungry, I give my boy a teething biscuit to chew on. Alternatively, you may consider increasing his solid intake?

Michviv, nothing to do with the amt of water drinks. Is hyfrocortisone = steriods? Dun apply too much of them..

I applied olive oil on Claire when she has diaper rashes. Best if possible let him wear cloth nappy in the day. Also, the brand of diapers will also affect...

Claire cannot take other brands except for Pampers Active!

Cat, I saw Jovan at the infant care this morning before he went for his bath. The teacher told me his daddy was thr to visit him. I left Ash there and she was happily playing with the toys and completely forgotten abt us! Thus I have signed up, starting Oct.

Michviv, I visited all the day care ard Queenstown 2 days ago. I find Milk &amp; Honey not too bad but DH prefers Seedlings Montessori.

Do you have Desitin? I find that very, very good with all three kids. When nappy rash occurs, use desitin original. Otherwise, you can use desitin creamy. Usually clears in a day/two with application.

It doesn't really matter the amount of water he drinks. Like Claire, my kids use only pampers active. Used to experiment with my 1st kid but pampers is the only brand he could take.
