I did feed my boy porridge with fish and veg/pumpkin etc…I hardly cook porridge and make puree unless weekend and for fruit only once a day when Im back from work… ... yup, PD suggest cos Mamil gold contain immunofortis.. When ard 3mths old, he was taking Friso+Friso comfort to soften the poo..

have been busy with work, the 'conversation' running so fast, did'n manage to read all. only focus on those baby photos. I must say all of them are cute and diff in their own way.

how is the gymboree glass? good? what is the main thing baby learn there?

I will be away during vesak day. can't join the fun. should be nice to see what happen at hard rock on that day. =D

morning mummies! finally its wed!

wanna let out some steam here.. hubbi n i have always tell my MIL not to let baby say good bye to us cos scared next time he'll start crying and i dun like the feeling of doing that cos like we abandoning him dun know go where.

then this morning my MIL DID IT AGAIN despite us telling her no. she carried my baby and let him see us at the door and kept on telling him "say bye bye to mummy + daddy" . freaking pissed.
and guess what, my irritating hubby went to say "dont do that, *my name* doesnt like it"

wah lau. i really v pissed. cos its something we agree together then this morn my stupid hb just point finger at me.. what will my MIL think? and why cant she just get what we want? *grr*
 
ecookie, cool down cool down. sometimes they just cant understand what we want. so irritiating right? tell ur hubby lor, say why must point finger at you? will only make your MIL pissed off with you nia... then he will kenna sandwich by mum and wife.. and is that what he wants?

My MILs also never program what I want her to do into her brain one....As we are working mothers...have to close one eye...

Most of the time, she will nag @ my hb n he will tell her that 'Je... (me) is like that, u dun bother.' Haha... I dun care about her. Unless @ times, she really too much then my 'volcano' explode lor. ;)

but my temper when it comes to baby is VERY BAD. now i very angry with hb and he angry with me for always putting his mum down. seriously i dun really care. cos still think how can he concur with me earlier than just point finger at me. so irritating.

lucky i wont get to see my MIL for 2 weeks cos she gg overseas! thats like the silver lining. ha

my hb v.v.side with his mother one. now my MIL refuse my boy to be put in childcare at 18mths, say the HFMD v.rampant, too young,etc. my goodness... being sick is part n parcel of growing up n if i were to forever put my boy in an 'capsule' environment n not expose him to the natural diseases/germs, he will be a fragile n weak coz no natural antibodies inside him!

then my hb v.on her side, say that both of us r making him so upset that he can jump down anytime. though i know its said in a moment of anger but to me, its sheer ridiculous. n tat i can obviously see he doesn't wan to go against his mother n would rather forsake his child n wife than antagonize her mother! i stop short at rebutting back tat its coz of her paranoid pattern that i rather my child b put in childcare. haha... anyway, such issues will never end.

ILs r always ILs,with their own mindset of things, different from us. we just got to be deaf, dumb n blind when comes to handling them especially when child has to be under their care. its easier said than that, but we dun have much of a choice...

garden_dreamz: yah my hb "supposedly" agree with me to send bb to childcare when he turns 18mths but who knows he may or may not turn ard n "agree" with his mum not to do that. but i wil go ahead i think.. since only half day and my mum can take care full time.. if got HFMD then, at most dun go childcare for that 1-2 weeks n my mum take care lor. whats the big deal?

anything better than her popping over to my house to stayover 2N a week and make me so pissed!

Guess wat.. I'm sick again. Having dis fever cum and go since 18 April. Still not yet recover.. Hubby suggest go TTSH take blood test.. scared got dengue or HFMD!!! But turn out common cold, nowadays cold need MONTHS to recover.

maybe i also go alone wif kayden.. sama... my hubby dun like dis type of gathering he rather play MJ!!! But i try to drag him there. If he really dun want to go, i meet u we go together lai. Need one expert to guide me along as dis is the first time bringing kayden out to orchard!!!

can potatoes is first stage food. potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, potassium and fibre.

i hv introduce sweet potatoes to my boy, but not potatoes yet. He is on 3rd week of weaning due to he has mild allergy, so PD ask to start slow introduce 2 new food once a week, and last week he got sensitive nose and need to slow down introducing new food this week.

garden_dreamz, sorry to hear about your husband not standing on your side. My husband somehow different....He take side on situations...But when it comes to his own situations, he just go ahead with thinking and doing things whatever he wants....

The other day he made me so angry and sad that I confronted my MIL and tell her to lecture her son.

perlicia: wah u ask ur MIL to lecture her son.. i wont do that with mine. IM SURE SHE LL side him lor. during confinement, she more concerned with him getting more rest than me cos he s working but im not! rubbish logic. :|
