made a baked chicken rice for K just now... she ate half of her normal portionN!!!! hehe at least she doesnt stop at the 10th spoonful!
i steam rice with chicken stock... then shred chicken meat put some corn.. carrot..butter n some more stock and mozarella ontop!

i also enjoy eating so i hit the gym every week just so i can afford to continue enjoy my indulgence.

Meat Balls
try this
200 grams lean ground beef
1/2 cup mashed potatoes or rolled oats
Combine the meat and potatoes or oatmeal, mixing well. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 170 deg C for 20 minutes, or cook in a skillet until done in the middle. Drain off fat.
Use the cooled meatballs as finger foods for snacks or meals.

Ash attended GUG class with Jovan for 1 term. Found the clasS Not bad. but they dont have a fix program. i.e not every class will have music or art. Thanx for ur feedback. I'm concerned abt the 1.5hrs program too, doubt Krissa can stay put for so long, but have to give it a try before deciding. On the no replacement for PH issue, I think its quite common....especially among the more popular centers.

GUG: Ok, we've got 8...let's cut off registration at 2.00pm tmr. If we can 12 kids, we can form our own class.

called GUG a few times for trial but all full, can i join? thks
UG TRIAL:
- Date/Time: 24th August 2008, Sun @ 2.00p.m.
- No other timing for trial lesson
- Trial lesson @ S$50/lesson
- New semester will commence in mid Oct 2008.
- 12 children/class
- There will be either Art&Craft or some Cooking lesson depending on theme...GUG can't confirm now.
- Needs name of Mummy & child to register. If keen, pls register below.
- Have booked 6-7 slots, if anybody else keen, lemme know. If we have 12 children, we can form our own class.
