will buy the better grade ones, coz less salty. wash them and fry in bulk to store. when cooking, wash with water. then i'll put the needful into those tea-bag bags and cook with mixture of unpolished and white rice. when ready, mash and feed.
the essence in ikan bilis is in its bones, this one surely cannot remove. remember.
