mejo: Not accidentally. I didn't know my SIl already has those books for my nephews. She's passing them over. So got to return lor.. I have 3 same-titles..

hahaha... funny hor??? i also burst out laughing when he say we are organising olympic games!! hahaha... yeah, sometimes my hubby very good in making such remarks and pple understand where he's coming from... i'm still learning from him. ;p then ended up my mil used dettol or bleaching solution to clean off. amazingly, the stain came off... hahaha... ;p

did you copy and paste the post somewhere.... the cubes story by my mil seems some time ago liao... hahaha.. but anyway, i found out that she's not blur, she choose not to use it, cos she wanna cook some other things for my ah boy... i never say cannot cook other things for my ah boy mah. she can go ahead and cook as long as it's suitable for babies at their age, but dun need to say i didn prepare for her and didn know that the cube is for my boy. she makes me look like i'm very irresponsible mum and dun prepare anything for my boy.
you know what i always told my mil when she commented this person's child is good and that practice is good.... I always told her, everyone is an individual and different, as mothers, we hv our PREFERRED method for OUR kids. so dun compare!!! anyway, what harm can mothers do to our kids huh??? hmm, i dun know your mil lah, maybe she will be offended by the above comments. But i dun care lah.

trying to bu him but he came down with a cold a few days ago. Still having running nose. If he dun recover fully by 3rd Jan, have to reschedule his ops and tat will be many months down which i wun wan.
Wat i worry is, now he is so sctive and jumpy. Always crawling and climbing ard. Im afraid tt he will aggrevate his wound aft the ops cos he's very "hiong" one.

What is the capacity for that? i saw it at Isetan that day, Its not that big, quite compact and portable. Isit heavy?. So isit too big for 1 portion of porridge?

same my MIL also super untidy...u know her flat at Telok Blangah? my fren was terrified when i brought her up once...the cats chasing 1 another in the house, their fur or hair flying around...her sofa torn...i think she only works and dun really tidy up her place, so i cant expect much from her also. but she's living at MY place, so should help a bit RITE?
in the morning, she also bing bing biang biang, i suspect she's either inconsiderate or deaf. when i close my bedroom door, i will turn the door knob and close, but she's the slam door type..and i simply dun understand why she has to open & close at least 10 times in the morning!

We've been giving jaden egg yolk. The egg we gif is i think call "pearl chicken egg"?? I dunno la. But the egg is bigger than quail egg, smaller than normal eggs. Apparently, Its suppose to be better than the normal egg. my mum cook the egg in hot water. the half boil egg way till the wolk is solid and not runny. Cos jaden hates hard boil egg yolk. Its too dry, he chokes on it..

Star: So far we;ve only given anna hard boiled egg yolk. I dunno how else to separate the yolk from the white leh. And for the first few time, we give her a few mouthfuls of yolk on its own first, just to let her taste it. We will add the remaining into her porridge.

first time giving, hard boil egg, just give 1 teaspoon to see any allergice..subsequently, then 1 egg yolk. egg yolk high in cholestrol so good for baby brain...
can make egg custard.
jus add milk and yolk then steam..but proportion wise, i nt sure..

Baby Girl: She is taking 1 and 3/4 of the regular metal spoon of raw rice. This comes up to abt 1 full minibowl of porridge. eh.. sounds like harry potter and hogwarts express heehe. i think 1 full egg yolk a bit too much. i better let her try bit by bit, scared she allergic lah.

Plus i feel safer cos Japan-made foodstuff have higher standards than the china-made mee sua. But of course, it's more expensive.

errr, to be fair, my sil is being abit too much also lah... she and her hubby took advantage of the en bloc deal that my mil enjoys and applied for a flat w my mil in the name, got all the privileged discount and queue, then later say this. she dun do housework, no washing or laundry, dun even wash her dishes after she finish her meal!!! so me still "better" as compare to her lah... hahaha

Maybe u ask your pd next time?

My conclusion is that unless my company asks me to leave (I wish only, but this is super unlikely as we're very profitable), it'll take a lot of guts for me to quit. QQ: its takes at least 30mins, sumtimes can stretch to 1 hr. ya she needs to watch TV too when she eats.. think cos TV very distracting, so she will just auto open her mouth and i just feed. Thats why i got the Baby Einstein for her, to watch during meal times. But sumtime, i lazy, i let her watch CNA or Discovery/NCG channels..hahaha.
I dun think they will get indigestion.. cos when Rae is chewing, she willnot open her mouth, i gotta wait for her to finish chewing, swallow then she will guai guai open her mouth for the next spoon.

QQ: Alamak, then i better start throwing away her left over insead of eating them. But hor, i dun like egg yolk esp hard boil egg yolk, i usually throw the yolk away and eat only whites when i eat hard boil egg. I dun really like ya kun's egg too.. a bit scary but hor i can take sunny side up for breakfast, weird right!!
