SQ: I agree with astro, shoud not drop the 7pm feed totally.. scarly she wakes up for nite feed then lagi jialat. all effort to train her to sleep thru wasted leh.

Astro: so far still ok i think, think i lost a bit of weight recently even though i still eat a lot, i suspect its my bfing lor. And i am always hungry!

that's why i don't dare drop the 7pm 2 oz feed. cos i can't control the rest lah.

i only have control over breakfast and 7pm feed on weekdays

Act i think when i stop Bfing, i better watch my eating too... if i still continue to eat like this.. sure will balloon. That day, my hubby was just complaining about my appetite.. he say its impossible for one person to be always hungry (this is wat i always tell him), he even wanna control my food intake he say its crazy the way i am eating> then i went on the scale and show him, he could not believe that i am loosing weight! I secretly think the reason he wants to control my eating is cos he is putting on weight himself cos whenever i eat, he eats too..hahah

hehehe.. bear grudges, my mum also leh... but i dun dare liao, i hv learnt it thr the hard way. cos if i care, it will hit me very badly. my mum very good in emotional blackmailing... so i need to learn to be "hard hearted". that's probably y i can "harden my xin chang" and dun chap my mil when she wants to "shower" my boy w love when i am disciplining him. hey, she can complain to my hubby one okay.

i dun think PAPA (scared) is bcos he sleeps on his own.. M sleeps with us and is also quite timid.. whereas Jo is daring! she sleeps on her own. i think it's more of the child's character. i dun think it's too young for our kids to sleep on their own. actually it's more of whether we r willing to let go... imho, shld start them sleeping in their room young. next time then no problem.. i've heard of so many stories abt moving kids out of the parents' room.. if u can, start young.

SQ, how to force feed ah? tian's gold mouth is not always open for food, she only opens for toys. sigh! but luckily she still eats lah. half a bowl or about that, i already happi liao. if I give apple, she can eat the whole apple (small one). wah!
 
pax: start sleeping alone at 1 yr old consider late anot? planning to let maid stay at IL's place so tt son can hv his own room

it depend on the kid leh... we nvr got down to moving M to his own room. so now Jo got her own room, M still sleeping with us.. if u can, start young, like before 2yo? def before u have no. 2.. heeee...

i dun think u shld drop 7pm feed. it's the most impt feed that will last her till the next morning. instead i think u shld cut her 2pm feed down to 2-3oz and bring her dinner forward to 5pm instead of 6pm. this way YE would be able to drink more at 7pm.
GF schedule for 9mth
7am milk
8am bkf
11am lunch
2-230pm milk
5pm dinner
7pm (or before bed) milk
 
hmm... i think Jo is one of the greedy tam giak gals ard... she can have her bkf cereal, followed by bread... then milk at 10am... 11am lunch, still wan bread... 2pm milk.. 5pm dinner.. when we eats, she also wan to eat.. 7-8pm milk.. and she can drink like 7oz! to the very last drop..
 
pax. yalor. she has sweet tooth.. i wonder if she will have sweet looks when she grows up. haha!
no big deal la.
 
Constance is slowly accepting to eat liao. So should be ok for her to drink night milk bah. I tried giving her only water and ask her to go back to sleep, she can't. And if she can't sleep, i don't get to sleep that is why i feed her. Once she finish her milk, she happily go to sleep.
 
Astro: Short trips are ok for me. Maybe I get used to it liao? Going to see her tonite liao.

Pax, Astro: Do u know why anna has been waking up at night, standing in her cot and crying? Upon seeing us, then she ll lower herself and go back to sleep? Is she testing to see if we re around? Anything to do with her new room cos she s sleeping in her own room in our new house?

pax: for mine, his sleep time is 10 plus. he will take a short nap at 9pm or after. then wake up at 10 plus for last feed n change diaper. or sometimes, no nap and tong till 10 plus for last feed b4 ko

i think she's wondering how come she's alone? r u ard when she sleeps? if u r, when she wakes, she'll naturally look for u.. i leave the room, while Jo is still awake. she sees me go out.. will cry but quickly she settles down and sleeps. sometimes when she wakes, she will cry for us, i usually ignore her, and she will go back to sleep.. but like u mention, it could be it's a new place... will take some adjusting..
