Hope, SQ, i also throw milk like its free of charge. last time throw bm, now throw fm. used to it liao. one whole can maybe tian drink only half, another half helped me wash my basin oni.

SQ: Yes, we've moved to a temporary place before our new house is ready next year.. Maybe.. But she can stay in her jumperoo/exersaucer for a v long time.. Surprise surprise.. Maybe cos those 2 items are outside of the play yard..

tried to pop in few times..but i think forum siao siao..haizz...only time i can log in is when i having my lunch...
aiyo, i feel so fat!! so it's back to cooking my soup based lunch...tried guotiao and ended up my guotiao up mashed up! faint..think i cook too long..
any happenings here? hmmm..if got gathering or watsoever, sms or email me can? coz i no time to read up archive..

pink, tian refers to me when she says mama now. last time not really cause last time anyhow call mamapapa.. now if she wants milk she also nen nen sometimes. i wish to hear more nen nen nen nen from her.
bbgirl, i change settings in her playard from time to time. i just changed it last week, then she can played for quite a while inside. i put a dining chair inside (haha). then i tied this chair to the yard panel so that it won't toppled. it serves as tian's table or support to walk, etc etc. hb added a basketball net (mini) to it, and we DUNK the ball for her to see. she doesn't understnad the concept of things going through the ball net then come out. she pulled the net instead. haha!
I don't lock the door, unlessi need to go toilet or what. Then if she wants to come out, she has to crawl out by herself. if she crawls to potty then i give potty. if she crawls to tricycle then i let her ride tricycle for a few rounds. crawls to me, then i hug her. funny hor. (too long liao, aquarius long winded type).

QQ: hey, I was just thinking to myself to open a gate for her to show that we're not confining her inside and she can come out if she wants to.. Let me configure the gates once more, the 2 doors are at the 2 ends now.. Does Tian come out and wander all over the place and get herself hurt? Cos then that'll defeat the idea of having the playyard in the first place..

Just want to show her where the culprits are, maybe not the right way though. I tell her what is pain pain, cause i want her to report me if she is in pain.

i very tired lately...been pumping at 1am...coz few days ago, my fridge siao siao..not cold...end up my bm got defrost abit...so nid to throw out all the stash..now nid to 'rebuild' my stash again...

Pax: I just saw the set.. I don't need the oval and much less the tall round pasta wares leh.. Maybe I pass this time and wait for another 14pc set?

QQ: I see.. I'm quite keen to really open one gate for her. Just want to ensure the opening is at a spot where there is less danger to her.. I think I know where to place the opening now.. I'm even thinking - on the outside, maybe I cordon off another area for her? This time round, more real with no bumper mat... Hahaha..

I think Anna can understand "no" now..
The other day daddy told anna not to put a toy into her mouth. She made some protest, remove the toy from her mouth but put it in again after a while. Daddy repeated his words. She too repeated her actions. Then daddy said "no" more firmly.. She backed off and started crying.. Then daddy had to go pick her up to console her..
When I said "no" to her, she will stop (whatever it is I said no to) and smile sweetly at me as if trying to "sweet-talk" her way through.. Then she'll slowly try to repeat whatever she's doing and I have to say no again.. And she'll stop..
She knows how to "test" water..

Astro: I also dunno what's the definition of his assessment.. I asked him to do an assessment and he said "do it now?" and then said ok let's do it.. Then start to give the blocks, play peekaboo, hold her up to stand, watch her crawl on his bench, check her eyes for squinting etc.
Personally, I find we may be too kan cheong and were "hoping" to have a more detailed assessment. But then again, I have no idea what a "detailed" assessment shd have, so I'll just accept his assessment lor.

then i drove to work without hb's supervision today. i grab a colig to come with me. hee. bobian, have to do it slowly and be independent.

Hi mummies... I had so many things to say last nite while forum was down.. This morning, I forgot all liao..
And since forum was down, I had time to go back and read the archives.. I missed out so much! I haven't given anna any yogurt or egg yolks. Will try egg yolk today and yogurt over the weekend (need to go buy first).
QQ: I opened up one gate for anna.. First time, she crawled out of it. Then she was playing with the swinging door. Another time, she walked out of it while holding onto the gate. It's very interesting to see how she negotiated the little curb before steeping out!
One thing to be careful is as the swinging gate is not fixed/stable, and she's unable to judge how much it will swing, she may actually fall down while holding on to it for support. But good thing the gate doesn't swing too widely..
And since forum was down, I had time to go back and read the archives.. I missed out so much! I haven't given anna any yogurt or egg yolks. Will try egg yolk today and yogurt over the weekend (need to go buy first).
