(2007/03) March 2007 MTBs

SQ: I've not decided with kindermusik. I went for 1 trial class under another teacher and didn't really appreciate it.. So now am on waiting list to try out at shauna's class to see if she really can make a difference..
For gymboree I've only signed up for the free gym.. No formal class yet..
Her lesson will start officially in Jan with Shichida..
 


SQ: Anna likes flashcards. Esp the chinese characters one.. For math dots cards, she already bo-chap them.. Eng cards she's half-half..

I try to sit her on my lap and read to her.. But she wants to hold on to the pages or she'll look away.. Cannot lah..

teng zzz for so long hours at night. does he wake up at any point in time? i mean any period of light zzz when you need to help him get back to dreamland?

i'm not sure if i should insist YE zzz after 530am. she's usually v awake and alert at that time. machiam she's had her fill of zzz that kind

morning SQ, Teng doesn't wake up in the middle of the night.. unless he is not well..or unless i want to 'train' him put in cot then when light sleep. might wake.. .. now no strength do so.. so i got 'problem' here.. he sleeps on the bed with us..and when he is better.. going to put him back into cot.. and asleep in his own room.. all these overdueliao

let us know what the PD say. What's "wrong" with anna? why you wanna bring her to PD in the first place?
 
SQ:no problem lah.. like what i told mist. all these a game of maths.. and tweaking of sleeping timings.. my guess.. that YE has too much sleep in the day time.. more than it is required for hier to sleep to 7am.. ..bbs can only sleep for a certain time.. say 14 hours at their age.. if sleep for 4 hors in the day liao.. then only 10 hours at night then.. something like that... ehh.. when i better. i take a look at ur schedule?

now i got bigger problem.. i got a very whiny and dependent bb.. who wants pple with him all the time.. damm.. just now brought him to market.. screamed all the way to market. and screamed all the way back.. and when i stopped to just pacify him, carry him a bit, IMMEDIATELY smile and stop fussing... ..put him back introstroller.. cry again.. carry, stop again.. damm.. then thickened my hide, forced him back into stroller.. and buy my things.. and have him screamed all the way back!!! arghh. when he is well.. he is going to get it from me!!

so.. i think this problem more problematic.. haiz

sometimes after bb falls ill, they are lidat wan. cos they used to all the pampering liao mah...

YE also lidat sometimes in her stroller/car seat.

on monday, she cried all the way from tanglin to yew tee, then yew tee to bugis in the car

his is always like that.. so caused him too dependent till dun want to pull to stand/sit up by himself.. though i think he can.. coz he can push on us to stand up.. miser says let him be.. when he wantst to walk.. will do all these by himself. the way i see it. if still constantly carry.. legs no touch floor.. how to walk?

Astro, now i think i can link up something.
When tian sleeps on my bed, she can sleep through (maybe with my smell and presence). overslept somemore. But i always put her in cot when she is half asleep, or still awake. sometimes reall cannot then wait till she sleeps then transfer. maybe that's y she wakes up kacau me a little midnight.

SQ. sometimes tian screams in her car seat, but usually i know what's the problem. most of the time is she wants to pee or poo. if she has good mood and happy, sit at her carseat also can doze off one. very cute. haha! YE cried for very long leh, like travel the whole island in tears.

astro, u need to tell teng that u are bringing him to market, etc etc before u go. condition him a bit and get him prepared so that he won't be that cranky? i dunno leh. stranger anxiety to blame?

she could zzz till 6-7am previously. but that was before CIO. and in my room. so i'd rather she zzz in her own room and wake up at 5-6am

she can't zzz till 7am now, whether she's tired or not. cos i tried with her both napping and not napping enuf.

but when she's in my mil's place, she's ok. cos mil carry her to zzz. for me, i'd rather she not zzz then carry her to zz. when she's tired, she will zzz

she was tired initially. after that, she was bored. then i suspected she was hungry, but when i reach my destination, she was too distracted to drink. after that she was tired and hungry.
 
hope: good.. brown rice helps digestion. careful not to let that result in more loose stools hor.. white rice for her now mightbe better option. coz u want her stools to bind up..
 
Hope, i will be on leave on 1 dec ma. then jio SAHM in woodlands (north).... then got response. haha! yvonne mei mei super bored, must come out that type. Mash also wanna bring Jaylen our and eat wind. Autum cannot tahan to see us happily chatting at starbucks while she is very near us, then she also join lor.
U can go from Clementi to woodlands too...

Astro. good la. recover liao then u happy he also happy. he bully u and make u jumping up and down. haha! but ah ma sick liao, need to rest.

SQ, my hb cannot ren3 xin1 to let her cry in carseat. so he at times carry her and unstrap her from carseat. for me, i bochap la. i inconsistent still. but i do try to insist her sitting in it, unless after a few trials, then jialat jialat then sure have some reasons.

of course if she can zzz longer will be better.
but i have to balance that because it's solely my wish. and am i doing it for her or for myself?

if she's fine, then i'll let it be bah.... difficult to justify forcing her to zzz just so i can lie in bed longer. and if she keeps waking up at 5-6am, it's actually good when she needs to go to school next time. wahaha.....

she's notti. and i get frustrated with her cos she refuses to hold her bottle. else i can just make a bottle for her and let her feed herself while i drive.

so i just let her be. i'm getting more and more hard hearted

like i was telling astro.
i just ignore her cries nowadays if it's a naughty cry. she has to learn the rules of the game. she can't always have her way, esp if it's not right

yday i was at the lift. then there's this boy taking a super long time to press the button for the level he wants to go to. i just stretch out my hand to press MINE cos my level was reaching soon (he's going higher up).

and you know what he did? he grabbed my hand and shove it away! what audacity! i feel like slapping him. if that was my daughter, i would have made sure she gets a earful/handful from me.
i find it bad manners, and i'm particular about her not being spoilt.

now all mummies won't dare to let your kids come near me liao. i'm a v evil woman

i think there's something wrong with not wanting to hold the bottle. i buay tahan. so everytime i'll make her hold. even if i have to hold her hand to the bottle, she still has to hold it.

she can't just sit there waiting to be fed. i want her to know that the world doesn't evolve around her.

sorry i seem harsh. my blood is still boiling at the thot of that boy i met yesterday. i quiver at the thot that my gal would be lidat someday. i would flip in my grave

SQ, astro, QQ: Just left Dr low's clinic. Nothing wrong with anna. Lungs, ears and throat all clear. Dr gave some cough and flu to stand-by. I asked if we shd start immediately, he said no need. My hubby lah.. She a bit of cough only he s worried and must send to PD. She coughed 3 times yesterday. No fever. Me on leave and sick..

Astro: Yes, the bubbles are wet and soapy. Bring outdoors better.

Sometimes anna will stand up and cry in her cot in the nite. We need to help her go back into the lying down and sleeping position. Then she ll sleep.. Dunno why she cries..

Mummies, now i m thinking i should take half day leave that day.. haha, maybe i bring EJ to work.. but very mah-fan hor.. sigh.. guess have to leave him at the IC.. hah! I suddenly thot of an idea.. QQ, I bring EJ with me in the morning to your house!!!! hahahahahah.. then u take care of him for a few hours.. think u will go crazy with 2 babies to take care of..
