haha, I don't think there's less than $100 type leh. Unless you are getting a little little bit.

I didn't even know what was it for then. They bought and made for me, I like and I just guai guai drink. If I knew it's good, I would have asked for more liao. haha!!

i went to ztp last time, they got $100+ type. But is all broken pieces, u have to pick urself. Look ugly thou., but still same. They say this kind cannot give ppl as gift, can eat ourselve. :p

QQ: Erm.. I drink quite a bit of DCC soup throughout pregnancy and during confinement.. Abt twice a week, each time 4-5 whole "worms".. During confinement, auntie will double boil into 1 bowl of soup for me..

QQ, RR, HN: My hubby is quite smart. He stocked up on DCC when I was preggie with Anna! The price of DCC, esp the top grade wild ones, has gone up at least 2 times over the last 3 yrs! No kidding..
The DCC must store in the freezer (not the fridge) to maintain its freshness..

wah! Really clever. Dcc is a herb tt wont be wash off from the body(the old ppl say). It accumilate and body will be stronger and stronger.

The other item that is being chased up in price is pu2 er3 cha2 bing3 - the chinese tea biscuit.. Some TCM doctors claim there are health benefits too, so the price went up. *crazy*

Hubby brought my 2 maids to see doctor.. One of them complained of chest pain.. Initially I was to go with her, while the other maid stays at home to jagar the kids in case anyone wakes up, but she can't speak english, so got to bring them both there - one to see doctor, the other to be the translator.

Hubby says clinic is very crowded.. I hope they don't bring back viruses.. :p :p

was involved in a car accident on the way home earlier, car bonnet damaged, was in a kia picanto. flash f the scene has been playing on my head since then. but thank god no major imjuries. slight abrasion only, my lip slightly swollen though

oh dear! Hope u are alright. Mi and nick still drive veri slowly now ever since the bang at the back last week. And today rain so heavily, we was at least 4car away from the front and make sure no car tailgate us at the back.. Wahaha. Scare liao.

Thank goodness not serious. My friend also lost control of her car today with 2 tods in the car, luckily she din bang into anything. Scary. She already driving very slowly but still skidded. The road is really slippery.

just now while lying on the bed w her in the dark, i ask her:

who is mummy n daddy's sweetheart? she was drinking milk she pounder her chest hard *tok tok tok8 n signalled its her.

then i asked her: who is gong gong's sweeetheart? ( i expected her to say the same thing) but she stopped drinking n said POPO! HAHAA.. I was laughing out loud :p

i NEVER had DCC le.. chloe hardly sick (choy), hmm i think breastmilk still good for our bbs..her usual 'tonic' is cod liver oil (after 1 yo) & delrosa (astro's recommendation).

Oh poor ah bian had a BIG uler on the upper lips. Then yday morn running fever - 38.5deg so quickly ask hb to chk if there are blisters on hands, legs...etc. Phew, luckily only 1 ulcer so far. Yday nite fever subsides so hopefully its just too heaty dats y got ulcer and not HFMD.

Had a busy weekend last week cos my little Darius was shortlisted for the livewell baby contest held @ United Sq. Heehee, not bad that he managed to squeeze into the finals on sunday. Altho we won a consolation prize, but its v gd for little Darius...very proud of him as he has no stage fright. Din cry and even smiled at the judges and audience. Overall the contest was well organised...all the bbs had a fun time!!

last night, tian had slight fever. very weird, this am gone already. we check check check, wanna see if it is CP or HFMD. really dunno. now she is with nanny. i guess high chance HFMD, cause too many cases in school. but hor, how many days fever will she have if it is HFMD? continuous? or just 1 day, then all blister coming out and that's it? we wanna bring her to dr, but then better wait for the blister or pox to come out so that can confirm what is going on.

Kaexin, what is the car plate? can sms me? arigato. good that u have no serious injury. scary...
 
pink, DCC will make bb big? scary. cause now my bb is already on the bigger side. 1 week ahead of his growth. i dun want a super big baby cause diff to deliver, unless i c-sec, then i want to have a 4kg baby. haha!

that day i checked with Dr Ong, she said if 5 days after fever not spots on hand, mouth, feet and buttock then not HFMD.
For Dylan, fever started on sunday night. But blisters came out only on wednesday morning.

maybe no blister yet bah. her classmates almost 50% HFMD, hard for her to escape this round. I guess.
oh yes, i suspect this strain at PT is very strong, that's y many of them kena within 1 week? and just like an outbreak?

For Dylan, sun-monday, tuesday got fever. Fever is not very high, around 38.5. Tuesday only slight fever. Wednesday no fever or about 38deg then spots come out. Thurs no fever.
PT is fully aircon, hence the virus once have will trap there. Unless fast fast do sterlise.
 
QQ, ah bian has an ulcer on the upper lip and having fever since sun night...yday i gave neurofen and subsided. So meaning blisters will appear 3-4days later?? If realli HFMD then Darius will oso get it cos close contact leh...

i tell u that this papa play smart again last night. he said tian was slight feverish after 6 hours of med, so ask me to wake up and feed med. ok lor i woke up. then i fed tian medicine, tian refused to drink la. then i have my own method to make her drink. this papa scare that she will vomit out and dirty her clothes, he went to take a bowl and put in front of her.
of course tian will drink liao, then immediately spit into the bowl. twice. i see liao want to faint. actually i ask him to remove bowl initially papa said must put there later dirty her clothes.
i just remove the bowl out of anger, and tian swallowed the medicine out of no choice cause no where to spit. papa was impressed.
tell u another geykiang story of him later. really... no common sense.
 
last night ask jay to bring me calcium tablet cause he was going to kitchen,
he came back with a FISH OIL, not calcium tablet.
he said: cannot find your calcium tablet, only find fish oil, u eat fish oil la. i just said ok (actually i already had one yesterday, nevermind).
then he somehow went to kitchen and do things again, he came back and told me: chey you ate your calcium tablet already today u forgot?
I was like? apa? no la.
he said cause the calcium tablet bottle is outside the fridge mah.
my answer was: i NEVER PUT my calcium table in fridge one. always outside.
jay: so u want calcium tablet? i go get for u.
me: ok lor, u must be acting smart and put the bottle inside fridge now right?
jay: no la no la. i go take.
he went to remove the calcium bottle from the fridge (GEYKIANG RIGHT?) and bring me calcium tablet.
he has been so smart recently, and getting smarter.

actually hor for the bowl, i scoop back the medicine and wan to feed tian. jay stopped me, he said, he never wash the bowl, so better use new medicine.
i was like, aiyo... u make my life more difficult leh. tian was looking for the bowl to spit after that but cannot find.

i'm apr 07 mummies.. juz wanna share abt DCC.
i bought a bottle of 100 capsules of DCC from Hock Hua for i think $100 a bottle.
the DCC herbs too expensive for me and i also duno how to cook them.

my PD also recommend to give DCC but must ensure that they are produced or manufactured in S'pore and not china

i open the capsule and pour out the powder to feed direct to my boy coz he hv no problems taking chinese medicine or mix with his milk.
i give him one capsule a week.

no harm taking the Aero Chamber. my boy was on it for almost the whole year of 2009. and now no need to use it this year unless he got sudden cough attack as he also got sensitive airways.
Aero chamber is still better and easier then putting them on Nebuliser
