It's okay lar. I got 20 kg from one pregnancy lor. If I never lose weight and then continue to have a second one... *shudders*. But anyway, can lose one lar. Slowly slowly can lose. Took me more than 2 years but hey, I'm now below pre-preg weight but still a bit fatter cuz last time, though heavy, was toned since I worked out twice a week. Now I'm lighter but flabbier, haha.
Then hor, the Slendertone system really works! I love the tummy one, can just sit down there and exercise, haha. The upper arm one more difficult cuz fingers will twitch so can only use if you are watching TV and not doing anything with your hands. Like now, I can type and exercise tummy at the same time, hoho. But I use a lot. Instead of the prescribed 1x a day, some days I actually do 4x. Those whose work is sitting down most of the time can consider this. Actually can walk around also lar but you may be twitching obviously if you walk around.
