not expensive. They happened to have this Bumcity bazzar there and I got Reyden a hooded jacket at 23RM ($10) and a Poney top at 30RM ($14) quite ok bah. I got myself a shawl and Kent got a t-shirt too, both less than $30. :p
 
can i ask u all mummies, do u all feed kids just western food like mash potatoes, fried fish sticks and cream soup for dinner?

I seldom give them those, mainly cos we are not western food people so I think the kids take after us bah.

Same as RR, we seldom give them this as we also seldom eat this. My sis said my kids dun eat this that's why so thin. Her kids eat everything so is much fatter.

once in awhile if we are eating outside ok bah but if you ask me to cook those at home, I can't. Cos I also don't eat those. hahaha!!

I'll give pasta, rice, different kinds of noodles for variations. But I think my kids don't bother about variations. There was once during the CNY period, I gave the same food (steamboat soup and ingredients) for 3-4 days and they still ate.

my kids will still eat these when outside but won't eat much compared to chinese food so I prefer to give them rice. :p

I actually prefer outdoor especially now HFMD is at its peak ... I also don't know how. hehe. See what the majority wants bah.

rr & huingee: haha.. cos my children seldom eat outside.. always home rice n soup noodle n pasta.. so i tot of giving them junk food this weekend.. since i cook on the weekend.. heheh.. just wondering if they will be full.. my kids are quite picky eater, especially big gal. so she has only eaten french fries..

i feel tired. still have to work sia. can never finish. next tue got a final exam, haven't study le. alamak. this weekend must be relax a bit and study. mil coming tomorrow to kacau again, my house will be like a kampung tomorrow. i ask hb to settle the rest.

meanwhile, my sis is also in trouble. mil fil pester her to keep feeding baby. whenver bb cries then say bb is hungry. weird la these old ppl. then also ask her to put bb in sarong, which bb can sleep on bed without problem.
and ask her to give FM cause they said scare suddenly no milk, then bb cannot accept FM.
i was like, hah? she is more cham than me cause staying with them. plus no support cause hb everyday also work. poor girl out there.

i wonder, why these old ppl keep saying what if suddenly no milk, then bb how?
i was like, can be suddenly no milk one meh? breast will picak de! i just ask her to see open a bit.
she said, it is tough to take care of a newborn, even tougher to handle those old ppl.

ah, the outing... i will see what to join after my exam next week. i wonder if i have energy to go out now.
 
actually i had a stupid conclusion made for our mum era and our era.
no wonder my mum said i STUPID. made my own life difficult only.

old ppl(not all, mostly) always said suddenly no milk suddenly no milkl, cause they already dependant on FM very early, then midnight also never feed bb and never wake up pump (no pump that time) express out.
So i must say they are LAZY bah. or too busy to be bothered.

like that I feel like i wAS so HARDWORKING le, my sis also said actually she feels that i was very hardworking, been through a hard time without me knowing that. she praised me for that, and we concluded that we are HARDWORKING than our mum. haha!!
no right or wrong de, we still grow up very big and good. just that they cannot say we new generation very lazy, this and that anymore. so must go back kampung and tease our mum. cannot let her look down on us.
my mum told me tian was buibui when bf, she likes that cause none of her kids is like that before. haha!!

was told by my mum the stand in pd like not v frenly to questions which i asked my mum and my maid to ask like that.. wah liew.. then called back heard yh crying refusing to sleep. he has sore throat with cough but lungs clear.. teng coz he dunno how to spit up phlemgn so still coughing.. haiz..

then i smsed miser all these. his reply 'ok'..

then i smsed again saying my phone batt low. asked him to call back again later to check on them and then emailed me the update.. his reply ' v v v busy today,. sry'

hmmm. if u were me, how wld u react?
 
astro if i were u, i will not ask him to check at all. to save my energy. then ialso wont sms him too.
and i will also dun update him about the progress of both kids, for the next few weeks (if possible).
if he asks about them at night, i will just keep quiet and asnwer: ok.
anything he ask: just answer ok.
if he ask why oni ok answer? just tell him that's how he answered u. and the answer is really OK mah.
when u are busy and he asks u questions? then u reply: v v v v busy, later.

got it? anyway, not meant to teach u bad things, but i will do that if i want him to care, but he never care. ok, then lets see how long he can dun care even if he is at home.

so next time if he gancheong and ask u more things? u just OK.. OK.. (as calm as u can)

QQ: erm.. i think i can understand where ur sis's ils are coming from (not that i am siding them hor).. coz i went thru this same anxiety.. that not enoughmilk for bb.. and second guessing if the bb is cryign due to hunger or not.. i guess it is why a strong support is so vital for bf-ing mummies .. coz the boobs dun come transparent with metric markings!

i was surprised to find out that yet another colelague had totally latched her kid and never used a single bottle.. and she was doing masters then and then she has to rushed back to feed after night classes.. and the hb wld be with the wailing bb waiting at the door for her! i told her.. i find this dependency.. scary..overwhelming..

so it cld be likewise with the old folks.. interestingly.. miser still prefers the fm.. and hor.. ha.. if can give, give.. i feel there is no need to throw out fm altogether lah.. like wise. i actually feel. there is nothing v v ,erm, glamour about total bf-ing either.. ops.. *siams'..it is just a diet choice.. child raising, as we all know, is more than that now.. so .. ask ur sil to chill a bit?..i suspect her bb.. already wun accept fm liao.. i think..

anyway. ladies. thanks for the suppor tyeterday.. today teng is VERY happy. cause he doesn't have to go to schhol. coz go see dr. he said 'yey! i going to see doctor!' wah liew eh..
and hor. this is amusing.. i was told last evening.. when ellie helped yh adminstered nosedrops.. as she squirt the liquid in, yh exclaimed , ' Ah Ma!'..
whahahhaah. :p

i concussed now. dunno what i am doing. coz wake up at 5 plus.. yh coughing v badly.. then at 6 plus am.. slept onli at past midnight.. heavy and light head at the same time .. haiz/

my sis's boobs wanna picak liao. bb oni clearing one side and can sleep 2 hours. that's y haven't reach that stage to give FM bah.
if she has soft boobs and bb keep asking for more, it is ok to give bah. her problem is communication. she should pump out at least 1-2 feeds standby in case old ppl really thikn bb having milk strike.
such a waste to give bb FM right? if he can latch properly and able to drink,sleep. right?
plus mama is such a good cow.

anyway.. this kind of pressure is v v v sian. can lead to pnd one. ask ur sis take care..

and if he really care and bother and ask how i am, i will just tell him that my ming4 is born not very good. just accept the fate.
am I v bad? like that i always make jay feel that marrying him is not a good thing afterall, i was so happie, carefree, and under my papa's care before i got married. after that? life become dificult.
huh! for jay, he will try his best to provide support like my papa. try la.
