My mum said her era, people said fm better than bm. Hence they still have this kind of thinking bah. If your sis have milk then give lah.

u know that time. teng admitted into coz middle ear.. then middle at night.. his temp wayang. and i was all alone at kkh. nurse and docs said. if his temp go anylower.. 35.3 it was then.. must do a lot of things liao.. wah liew.. i was like.. ???? give panadol.. how come will like that one?? .. then smsed. called him. his response was.. 'ok.. ok.. ok'.. koaz!

then have i said this here before? teng was screaming hysterically one day in kkh. i never seemed him like that before. that day miser said he go back rest and then will come back later.. i saw teng scream and then collasped, sleeping.. i was like petrified. coz i never saw teng like that before.. so i called miser to come back earlier.. his response 'what can i do if i come back earlier?'.. !@##$$!! i was stunned.. and i said 'can u repeat what u have just said???.. ' then he told me again.. and said still got to bring my mum here later.. i calmly told him 'i think u dun bring my mum here cause u are highly irresponsible having said that. and i can tell u v confidently now.. later u come, sure get whacked by me.. and even if my mum is here.. iwun give u face..'. then i slammed the phone...
he come, without my mum.. and i gave him cold shoudler.. but so what? still like that.. that day he kept me waiting from 1am til 5am. no trace of updates.. i called all the numbers i can called.. almost make police report. he never learn his lesson.. i never update here on that coz i soooo upset with him. till i was dying of headache.. from waiting for him.. this man dun learn his lesson.. what must i do to make him see whati am saying? i am surprised leh. he is not a dumb man. how come can be so dumb with this aspect?

I suddenly remembered that I need to go eat dinner with my parents on friday to celebrate their birthdays so if the meetup is in late afternoon then I can't make it le. Only possible for morning or at most early noon. Anyway, I can go either place as long as not at a time when it is going to be too hot outdoors.

Erm, I can understand your frustrations but then I'm the type like your hb. Sometimes my hb also can't tahan me. In fact, my whole family like that de lor. Imagine, my sis's colleague called our house and police called our house cuz my sis fainted on the mrt platform and my mom and me were like, oh okay and that's it, whereas my sis's colleague went crazy with worry and totally cannot tahan us. After I crashed the car, I wanted to straight away go to class to teach when my hb arrived and my hb scolded me and forbid me from going. Overly practical? Maybe we totally don't understand the need for morale support? The idea is, if one person can take care of the things, why waste more manpower? Haha, I guess you also won't tahan a spouse like me? Maybe you can just tell him when he said "what can I do if I come home earlier", exactly what you want him to do. To be there.

u shld take in in your stride, since miser is like that, difficult to change him. so you shld manage yourself with ellie to assit you. if he is there when req, consider it a bonus. in short, that will make u happier too!

sometimes it's too hard to change the other party, so u have to think if u can change yourself. Life is such, something or someone's got to give. Doesn't matter if you give more or he gives more.. cos sometimes, we really can't say everyone must do their equal share.. I am not asking you to be the long-suffering wife.. but at times, we all need to step back and play different roles.. be it long-suffering wife or bullying-wife etc..

Not sure if I am helping at all with my comments. haha.. Ignore me if it doesn't sound good. :p

saw your post on the western type of food. my kids love KFC fried chicken. both of them! and they like mash potato too. and fries of course.. see what kind of junk I have been feeding them?! :p

Once in a while we will eat at KFC (for meal) and then McD for snack. If Mcd, then we give nuggets and fries. But once a while, ok la.

we heard on the radio the other day, its seems the person did a research n found tat the happy meal can last 1 whole year without getting spoiled. ws said too much preservative, hence didnt go bad! he ANTI FAST FOOD ONE!

err..Mr Tan is like Miser and Mejo, very practical. He will say the same thing. There's nothing much he can do if he is there.

Can use QQ's method. suaning him big time will only make him feel agitated and stressed.
be cool, ignore him, bochap him, exclude him, after a while you'll know u can handle without him, by then he may want to feel wanted instead.

once we drove past the big M ..and Leia shouted "K, APE, C" i almost faint. She's seriously confused! i thought most kids prefer McDonald but so far she only asked for KFC, weird.

Hah... come to think of it, I think I did asked hb why I had to be somewhere when he said that I had to be there, woops. Hmm... I dunno, maybe you had to be really specific, like action specific and give a reason. Suaning won't help, that's for sure. Blowing up is also not helpful but you do have to spend a lifetime with this man so either you shrug it off or you have to do something about it. You can't change his character but perhaps by being really specific you can change his actions? Hopefully.

EJ asked for McD for fries nia.. and now he can eat nuggets too, but he only ask for fries la. As for KFC, he likes to eat fried chicken le. then recently we started giving EV and she likes too. So ok lor. haha..

actually my dad also like that last time woh. my mum in labour he went working. my uncle sent mum to hospital, dad oni saw baby when baby reach home.
when we are sick also our uncle or yiyi bring us see doctor (cause mum cannot drive that time).
until one day, mum decided to be independent, and start driving. our life become better, we dun need papa anymore. when he gets older, he started to depend on us instead. haha! cause when he is sick then my mum send him here and there.
so many ppl have bochap hubby de, but in this era especially in singapore, u can see that small families, hb are more family inclined (majority), and then our expectation of hb also increased.
miser can go msia and stay, then women will have no complaints hor.
so he is out liao.

bochap him, dun update him, just bochap. maybe he will come ask u why? how? and just kick him away.
being angry wont solve the problem. try to solve problem by ourselves bah. get our own resources, friends, relatives...
until one day then he will feel that his di4 wei4 is not there anymore.
birthday party dun ask him to go, just let him join if he is free.
go where also dun tell him, just go without him.

so the problem is when kids are sick, just remind ourselves that "dun stress dun stress, keep cool!" ellie and your mum is there to help, that's y miser also bochap and continue loving hismachine. i guess he is those very responsble type, also a good trait bah.
he promise customer liao, then cannot back off easily mah. right? or should say, this is his rice bowl, his career, he cannot let go.
on the other hand, ellie and your mum can help u, so not a big issue to him.

unless u have 4 kids...??? all 4 kena different pattern and problems(choy!), then need 4 adults? i think he will appear like a superman!

my case is opposite le. my mil proudly claims that she doesnt BF her kids, said her milk was too diluted???? but she kept asking me to BF cos my SIL BF her elder gal for 2-3yrs.

my mum on the other hand, asked me to buy med to stop BF when i was driving to and fro to BF enya when Leia was admitted.

French Fries: It's really funnd.. Whenever we have french fries outside, Anna automatically assumes we're at Mcdonalds.

pink, obviously i did not do that to jay often.
even if i did, it is also for short term. i think i did (once or twice, small case one). cause i was alone mah, i can do everything myself. i din know that he was a bit hurt.

after that, i think he realised that he has the freedom to do his things now so he is ok too! but i dun like him to stick to us everyday too.now he requested me to let him stick to us. ok lor.
i everytime also said, ok de, u dun come ok de la, we go ourselves.

he wanna take courses every thur and fri, until about july (i delivering i aug), then ask me if ok.
my reply is: why not ah? anyway if need to go labour also can go myself la. anyway your hp also u cannot hear sometimes.

so he go apply for the course, while i think it is fine. cause my fren also staying few streets away nia. he also can send me to hospital if needed.
sil at home, also can bah! tian got someone to take care. or nanny.
so basically, he is dispensible. but it is good to have him around though.

joelle, i also scare backfire la. cause every one is different. but if astro wanna do it, must do all the way, until she enjoys the process and freedom without him. cannot withdraw plan too fast. this one must long term then see impact.

I can't remember who. Maybe it is Annie. Hmm, but anyway, yar, that side always long appointment queue de so i always make my appointments WAYYYY in advance. Can't recommend any other place cuz the previous two places I went to do embroidery at are no good at all. But I did saw an academy at Suntec that may be worth trying. It is actually a school that teaches eyebrow embroidery but they also do embroidery. It is near Toyrus that side.

I BF doesnt help to save HER money anyway..damn funny le. that time during CNY, she bought a fish..steamed it..at her sister's place. she came to me and said " I BOUGHT this fish specially for you because nobody here eats FISH." wow sey..i felt damn pressurised man! must be a damn expensive fish, she kept asking me to eat MORE MORE MORE..of cos i paisey ate as much as i could :p...and her $10 LingYang also damn ex, i really regret asking her to buy for leia when she fell sick. She kept calling me to get Leia to finish the whole cup because her LY very expensive.

my sil family got 2 car. On weekdays they drive their own car to work and each fetch one kid to and fro sch/cc.
Then weekend they use one car.
Initially my sil bought picanto, after driving for 2 years cannot tahan. Changed to honda Jazz.

My advice to u is learn to be independent n take care of thingsurself. Most men r nt dependable. Beta to rely on urself.the sooner u learn that, the less frustrated u will be. I'm speaking fr experience. As for emotional support, depend on ur friends rather than miser. Fr wat I read, he dun understand women n may nvr ever will.
