Mummies
After 2 weeks of SAHMs, i realised this is a tough job. CO is giving me a hard time with her T2. She is demanding, wince on everything. Honestly, she is driving me crazy. I told HB, that i am scolding and smacking her everyday.

Losing my cool on her (but to start with, i am not a cool person). I am feeling lousy. Motherhood has not changed my patience.

Going to send her to "CHI NA" childcare on monday. I hope is a good solution for her and me.

U can go medical hall & buy some lingyang.
Then bring a thermal flask along. Put in the herbs into the thermal flask to 'brew it' & cool it for Leia to drink.
Hope it helps to heal her sickness.
(Can go TCM hall to buy $5 - cook for 2 times)

Think just in case, you can also bring these:
1) Fever cool pads (stick on)
2) Baby vicks
3) Mossie patches

Luckily you manage to decode it, i was so afraid the DVD is corrupted or sth bad.
So both Joelle & i only have bubble tea lah :p
 
When you gals talking about freshmilk to give, is it those Marigold 2.5l chilled type or those on the shelves like 6 in a pack type?

I also intend to give Kai those if i go outing.
Troublesome to carry a hot water flask.

I think Kai same as bian, now waking up for additional feed at 11pm.
He had fever few days ago so i take it as 'growth spurt' after sickness.
I juz give him since he wan; anyway, he is forever a milk person (juz like mama). haha..

Btw, is it Mejo or someone who said tat it is best to keep at 600ml per day for milk intake?

lingyang is a good idea. i already packed the 3 items 1 week ago, super kiasu me. im bringing my thermo -can keep warm for 12hrs. i will bring barley, green bean, rice, potato, carrot ...i can put in the thermo the nite before, next morning can eat liao.
wow kauz my fren is telling me she's bringing 4 pairs of shoes..i only have 1 luggage bag for 3 person! must keep formal clothes, shoes for wedding ... and they want to go rafting and tracking..faintz
 
pink: how to go tracking/rafting w leia? u beta plan a relaxing few days for urself instead. laze ard pool, beach, shopping etc
 
kai: those chilled kind can also give.. i think the only requirement is full cream.

Erm, actually the bbs are this age.. shouldn't be drinking at 600ml for a day. for your reference, 2 feeds, 180ml each is what teng is getting these days.. he might have more.. in terms of milk in food or yogurt/cheese.. but actual drinking.. is no more than 360ml a day.

i thot ling yang is to drink only when got fever. No fever cannot drink?

my xavier still drinks milk during his teabreak leh, when he's at home.... but now he only drink 150ml each time...

Only my MIL kept giving him abt 7oz, and kept complaining that i gave him very little milk.... sigh!

keira still drinking 600ml each day and i think if not mistaken, in the afternoon still got drink full cream milk leh.
on top of her lunch, fruits, vitagen and dinner

sch - 180ml x2 (but dunno got finish a not la)
nite - 210 ml
total 780ml.. maybe i should start cutting down..
 
Astro, CO is drinking 720 ml now. 3 feeds of 240ml a day. Then again, she dont drink water. Hence, i dilute her milk

the med for EYS also can, i also bought for xavier.... Me now very stress every weekend, will boil cooling stuff for him, cos he belong to heaty constitute, so hv to drink liang stuff.....

i must confess i'm VERY happy that now that the kids have grown up, they need less milk. else YE always never meet her milk requirements, i'm v stressed. at least now i have one less thing to worry about.

i find that kids who drinks alot of milk are chubbier and their flesh tougher leh. not nua nua when you touch. so cute!

we ordered one chocolate thomas the train for YE, and it doesn't taste good
even my rubbish bin hubby who eats anything refuses to eat anymore and ask me to throw it away

i agree that babies who drink more, are more chubby...

ya, it's the Ah Q theory
since i can't make her drink more milk
i can oni pray that her milk requirement will drop as she grows
i told hubby if i have #2, one of the reasons would be cos i want to have a bui3 bui2 kid who eats and drinks a lot! then i will feel shiok! haha

LingYang = As long as heaty we can give.
Sometimes if i spot a mild cough in the day, i quickly brew lingyang & give him & by nite, the cough disappear.
Some cough are heaty cough.

My boy also v. easy heaty one. I have to on/off watch out for his lips color.
Any redder than normal then I have to brew the cooling stuff & serve him.
Of coz not alwaz lingyang..

Nite = 180ml
Total: 520ml
Now additional feed of 160ml = 680ml. Wow....
